My family have been patients here for about 4-5yrs & I cant speak highly enough about the office! Our annual check-ups are easy & straightforward & all emergencies have been handled with kindness & patience. He takes plenty of time answering questions & explaining the treatment. I got contacts for the first time & had a problem with dry eyes. They spent MONTHS trying different solutions & treatments and were so patient with me. They were even very kind when I didnt end up buying my glasses from them, but rather online. They even custom fitted them- even though I bought them elsewhere! Lovely people

When I had my eye exam they told me I would be getting a $100.00 rebate back if I got the year supply of contacts. Then when they were supposed to be in I called to see if my contacts were ready and they said they never received my text. So they finally order and when I get them and try to get my rebate back it's NOT a cash rebate I have to get a card for somewhere else. I called and got Nasty Nancy who said NO we told you that. I said don't tell me you told me that because I would have gone somewhere else. I honestly don't like dealing with places that don't give you the

The secretary was very rude initially because I was not sure if I wanted to make an appointment due to them not accepting my insurance. I decided since they could get me in quick, to make an appointment and pay cash. I knew I would be able to get my glasses and Contacts once I got home with my insurance. The only reason I went there in in the first place was because I broke my glasses and had only one set of contacts left for my trip.
The doctor definitely was not professional

At first they were a good place to go. I ran out of contacts and they were no help to get me by until I could make an appointment. Places spend so much money to attract customers and all they need to do have good customer service to keep them. They lost this one. 1800contacts could help me in 10 minutes. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

My entire family has been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful. They always give you a few days supply of contacts of your new prescription until your order is delivered. They make sure you get the best deal possible. You’ll get candid advice when picking out a new pair of glasses. Great people, great products, great place!

I started going here because it was the closest place that took our insurance. The staff is really helpful and very nice. Dr. Lu is awesome and Sandy is great when its time to choose your glasses she is honest and says when frames don't look right for your eyes or face. I highly recommend this group of really awesome people!

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses for the family. One person received 2 pairs. One was fine and he other was not. They said oh well and would not look into it. Discovered the lenses were reversed. made them resend to lab and it was corrected at the lab. They should have investigated and discovered this issue.
The other family member could not see clearly out of the new glasses. Was told it depends on when the exam was done how far the lens is from the eye. Never heard this from any other provider over the decades of wearing glasses. Also this was not the issue when the problem was found by
