We got our package lost and got very little help in getting resolved. Agent was inexperienced and made it too difficult to get the missing parts. Also advised wrong FedEx policies. I don't recommend dealing with this company. They don't understand the sense or urgency businesses like our have and I wish I had got refund instead of dealing with another shipping

I liked how they were more than willing to discuss my needs and talk me through the process to replace my trailer breaks. They had everything in stocked, pulled the parts and I was out the door.
