Services
Matt takes a hands on, patient centered approach that targets an individual's specific needs. Matt's manual interventions include joint mobilizations, tool assisted soft tissue mobilizations, strain counterstrain, active release technique, kinesiotaping, and soft tissue massage. Matt comes from a background in athletics where he competed and coached track and field for Olivet Nazarene University.
Our initial evaluation is utilized to pinpoint what causes your pain and limitation in order to target your treatment and get you back to living as quickly as possible. Whenever possible we utilize the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) which is a comprehensive, systematic tool used to identify an individual's cause of pain and direct our clinician's treatment in order to eliminate ones specific restrictions and weaknesses.

Get back at it faster and fresher by using our Recovery Room to aid your recovery time between hard workouts. We recognize that gaining access to high end recovery equipment can get very expensive, very quickly! Because of this we have stocked our recovery room with equipment you can use at a low cost per session to recover faster from hard workouts in order to suit up and go at it again!
Our FMS Program works with team athletes to perform a one on one assessment in order to identify their specific movement limitations and then provide corrective exercises targeted at improving movement performance. A friend recommended SportPro when I injured myself working out at home. I saw Caleb, Matt and Laiken and they were all so helpful and knowledgeable. This a hands-on practice, which is great when you are in pain and need to be shown proper form! I would recommend SportPro in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking to begin their recovery journey.

Recently completed physical therapy on my surgically repaired Achilles Tendon. Matt, Caleb and Laiken took good care of me and did a great job of getting me back to where I needed to be physically. They were all very skilled as well as very caring. I feel like I left there with new friends. I would highly recommend them and will go back to them if I need to in the future.

Caleb at SportPro has helped me immensely in figuring out my strength weaknesses and how to fix them. Over the last two months I have been able to slowly recover from my injuries that have been brewing for a while. The only thing I regret is not coming sooner. I've had chronic neck pain for many years now and have been in and out of several physical therapy offices. SportPRO has without a doubt been the most effective therapy that I've received. I had a great experience at sport pro. The therapists explained everything to me in a way that was very helpful and useful. I came in barely able to walk due to a 20 year old back injury and left with the knowledge I needed to regain the strength I had lost in those years. A year has gone by and with the daily excercises sport pro provided me with I have not had to return for therapy and have been able to enjoy a summer working in my garden pain free!

I would highly recommend SportPRO to anyone needing any physical therapy, or simply needing help with movement analysis and correction. They spend the time to find the root cause of your issues and create a plan specific to your needs.
