I have been professionally photographing Couples, Maternities, New Borns, and Families for 10 years from the many different places I've called home (Korea, Boston, Kauai, and currently the San Francisco Bay Area). Hyunah did such an amazing job taking our wedding photos. The pictures turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Hyunah is one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life, it was such a joy working with her. My husband and I can be a bit camera shy but Hyunah made us feel so comfortable and helped give us direction in how to pose. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Hyunah.

Hyunah and her team did a wonderful job for my pre-wedding photos, wedding photos and wedding album! She is very patient, and made us feel at ease when we were posing for the camera. She made us look natural and candid, even though there were times where we were trying to pose. A lot of her shots came out amazing! I love the color and lightning in all the photos - very natural. Even the action shots turned out great and made it into our wedding album.

I had the best experience working with Hyunah for both my maternity shoot and my newborn shoot. She has such a great eye and talent for capturing beautiful moments. For my maternity shoot we traveled to Santa Cruz because I wanted beach shots at sunset. Hyunah far exceeded my request with gorgeous nature and beach shots and photos that I absolutely treasure. Hyunah was professional and conscientious of social distancing and masking (when required) during our photo shoot. We did our maternity photo shoot outdoors, in the redwood forest along Skyline as well as on the coast near Half Moon Bay. Hyunah had a gifted eye for great shots, candid moments to capture, and we had such a great experience overall with beautiful shots at the end.

I found Hyunah on Yelp and Google with great reviews and I was drawn to the cinematic quality she was able to capture in a photo. Due to Covid, like anyone else I was focused on working with a safe and mindful team for our maternity shoot. I was glad that she offered a full package including hair/makeup and 3 dress rentals. She gave me good advice on which gowns to choose when I couldn't decide, and I trusted her expertise 100%.
We had a fun day with Hyunah and Mabel (from Bella Bello Bump Maternity Gown Rental) taking photos, and we love the results!

We chose Hyunah for our maternity photoshoot at 32 weeks (end of Sept 2020 during CA wildfires with bad air pollution & Covid-19), because not only did my husband & I like her photography style based on her site/Instagram/Yelp, she teams up with a makeup/hair artist, Tiffany Chang (Design Her Image Makeup), and dress rental, Bella Bello Maternity Dress Rental (Mabel), so I didn't have to worry about doing my own hair/makeup or buying dresses I wouldn't wear again (I really like the trains of the dresses that looked like they were floating in the air).

I had the most incredible experience with Hyunah! I found her on Yelp after looking at over 20 other photographers. I had a certain aesthetic in mind and she fit the bill! I've never done a photo shoot before and I had a ton of questions. She was so patient with me through the entire process. I'm so glad I found Hyunah Jang on yelp for our outdoor maternity photoshoot. I liked several of the maternity photos she posted which were vivid & colorful and saw that she has worked with several maternity couples. I also liked her outdoor photos and range of photo portfolio experience.

I am so thankful to have Hyunah as our life photographer. I have worked with her five times now.
In 2016, When I got married in Kauai, Hyunah did a fabulous job capturing the essence of the moment. She was straightforward to work with from the beginning in booking, then the day of, and after for edits. Our wedding shot also included an engagement shoot.
In 2018, my husband and I did a maternity shoot, and of course, Hyunah was top of our list for photographers. She was patient, and went with the flow as being eight months pregnant was not easy to get around.

Hyunah this is soo overdue!!! She's such an amazing photographer. We did a combo shoot with maternity and new born shoot. It was the best decision I made to hire her for this job.. She helped me since the very beginning by helping me pick the perfect spot, helped me pick our dresses for the shoot. She was soo patient throughout our maternity shoot did not rush at all and the icing on the top, the pictures came out great!!!

I had the absolute best experience with Hyunah for my Company Event! Hyunah spent the time in advance to really get to know what I wanted to achieve, which not only made the process more enjoyable but also result in great photos! Hyunah arrived early to set up and made sure she had enough time to capture all of our attendees playing golf and or having a good time at the bar. After the event, she provided a link where I could access all the edited photos for the event. They turned out fantastic! All the shots were extremely professional and had awesome lighting. Hyunah was very professional, meticulous, and had a vision in mind when she came to take pictures for my orthodontic office. She tailors every photoshoot to be specialized to the purpose of the shoot so that each photo addresses the intended goal for use. I searched around and I am so lucky to find Hyunah. She did our maternity as well as newborn photos.
Every time I emailed Hyunah my questions, she would respond back in a timely manner. During both the sessions, she was super easy to work with and super professional. The photos turned out wonderful, which made it really hard for us to select the few photos we wanted to be edited.

Hyunah is professional, personable, and creates beautiful images. She was very easy to work with leading up to, day of, and following the event. I felt like she listened to my direction, while also offering great ideas as the expert. Hyunah is AMAZING!!!! She really takes her time and is thoughtful when photographing you and/or your family. She gets so many looks out of one session, and captures some amazing candid shots as well as posed shots. We found her when she was living on Kauai, but are so excited that she is now in California where we are based!! You won't regret using her; she is amazing!!
