My laptop needed a new hard drive and it was done in about 2 or 3 days for a decent price! The owner is a very honest and professional person. Great experience overall.

Asked fist if they puchase used pcs, he said go to offerup and hung up. I guess he blocked my number, because the store immediately sends me to voicemail now. Didn't even have a chance to ask if they could repair my laptop. Guess im going to A1000

The cord for my laptop wouldn't go into the internal power supply. Another tech elsewhere told me I'd have to replace the power supply (would require opening the computer, possibly doing extensive work). I brought my laptop to Zeff, who took a look at it, tried a new cord -- and everything worked perfectly. He could have easily told me he needed to do more work, but I really appreciated his honesty. What would have been a $200 repair elsewhere cost me $30 with Zeff. Thank you!

Met Zeff at his office, and he was very friendly and helpful. He told us what the problem was and took the laptop. There was a different issue causing the problem so he updated us in a timely fashion and gave us a quote on the extra parts that were needed. We received the laptop back, and unfortunately we were traveling soon after. The laptop worked - for a day. Then the screen stopped working - which was never the issue! So Zeff must have mistakenly did something or forgot to rewire something. So unfortunately we could not have gotten Zeff to fix it since we were no longer in the country. Now
