Absolutely fantastic service. I am neophyte when it comes to pictures and framing, so I wasn't aware of the endless options when I walked in. These ladies know how to tailor to your wants and needs. They pulled countless frame samples and mats to help me decide. I couldn't ask for more. Every print I have from now on goes to them!

I came in to have three small 45 records matted and framed for a gift. I admit I was on a time crunch...so I asked if there was anyway to have it done either same day or next. The woman was kind enough to oblige but I could tell it frustrated her. 2ish hours after dropping off she had it ready to be picked up (I was extremely grateful)
When I got there, she became increasingly sarcastic, condescending and rude to be honest! She proceeded to use profanity toward me to emphasize frustration , made assumptions of my character as "rough" from my lazy day clothes and threatened to physical

I had some very sentimental posters that I needed framed, saw the reviews thought to myself I'm gonna go check it out. The first time I was there the lady working, Beverly, made me feel so welcome!! She was both very affable and helpful!! Truly felt as if I had known her forever! Now as far as the service provided, I will honestly say I have never had the service in a business outside of food like I received there!! It was absolutely incredible on well fast and well they treat their customers!! Highly, highly recommend you go here and see Beverly!!

Company was extremely easy to work with. The decal I requested was made the same day I order and mailed. It was perfect. Unfortunately, I messed it up trying to apply it to my Motorhome. David was very understanding and at no cost made me another. This was above and beyond what I expected. This is a first class company and I highly it. Customer service is outstanding!!!

What a delight to meet Bev at Suitable for Framing. She was professional, knowledgable and exceedingly charming. There is a large inventory, many things would make gifts. One of my pictures' frame was damaged in an out~of~state move, and would be a challenge to anyone. The challenge was met! Drop in the tell Bev that Sparky sent you!
