Our team will perform the appropriate evaluation tasks including: Application Engineer, Re-Engineering and Value Engineering. Power over Ethernet (PoE) is a technology that allows products that generally run on electrical equipment to instead run on CAT 5/Ethernet Cable. Using power from a Power Source Equipment (PSE), PoE can provide up to 90 watts of power to devices. Some examples of equipment that uses the PoE technology are LED lighting fixtures, lighting controls, IP phones and cameras.
One of the main advantages of the inspeXtor system is the amount of flexibility users have to customize the settings. Our system allows for policy creation down to the individual light. Creating a comfortable environment is a key function of our system. With inspeXtor, users can adjust the light levels, including color temperature, to meet their desired output.
For example, sensors can detect occupancy and automatically adjust the temperature, lighting and blinds accordingly to a pre-determined policy. The automation that comes from integrating all of the building's systems makes management of the facility far more effective and efficient. In addition, advanced reporting gives managers insight into space utilization and peak occupancy over the course of a day, week, month or year.

Working with MHT over the past 10 years has been a huge success for my business.
