Our simple online system makes it possible to create and access your warranty requests from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please contact your Community Sales Manager (CSM) to be registered and obtain access to our Warranty site. Upon doing so, an invitation will be sent to you from our Warranty Program allowing you access to add and review your warranty claims.

I would never buy or recommend a home from these guys. As soon as they received their money, all effort to finish up their work stopped! Now they will not reach out to schedule the pending work. I have to keep calling and calling to get them to follow through and when they do show up it is poor quality, they forget to finish, and they mess up on the work. On my next hole I will look for a builder that appreciates their customers before AND after they get their check. They have absolutely no business integrity!

Working with Quinn and the team was great. If I had questions he would always answer. Quinn explained different products like materials depending on my lifestyle and what I was trying to achieve. He wasn't pushy on determining what things I would customize during the building process. They made my first home purchase very enjoyable.

The people we worked with at J Thomas Homes were great. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the community, and worked with our schedules well. My husband and I recently built with J Thomas Homes out in Eagle Mountain. We had an over all positive experience and are loving our new town-home. As new builds often go the timing was slightly delayed but Chase was quick to let us know so we could make other arrangements to extend our previous housing.
Throughout the process we were able to schedule times to go visit in order to take measurements/ view progress etc. We were often given weekly updates about where they were at with the construction.
