Plus, he explained why it happened and what else we could do to optimize our network equipment and cabling. We had an office relocation / IT infrastructure setup project scheduled and the contracted company backed out last min. We ended up hiring Kontech on shot notice. They took care of all aspects of the move & consolidation; from cabling of the new space, through new server, firewall install to migrating our email to office 365 and more stuff beyond the SOW. What a great experience. I had a small office that needed some drops, general LAN trouble shooting, and closet clean-up and Konrad came in and took care of everything: he was on time, communicated effectively, very efficient, and priced fairly.
