2nd time I have used them. Windshield was chipped, sent in the claim to my insurance, called to set up a time and Anthony came to my job to fix. He is very friendly and professional, even called to tell me he was outside. Both times he came during the scheduled time. I will continue to use them as well as refer others. Great service!

Windshield replacement... They were :40 late but luckily I didn't have any other afternoon plans. They did call ahead of time to inform me of their delay. Were very professional going about their business once they arrived. In and Out in less than an hour.

Needed a windshield replaced. They came to the appointment on time and finished in a timely manner. $100 cheaper than every other place I got quotes from. Very happy with the work and would recommend for sure. Everything you could expect.

I asked for a cash price (no insurance) and they gave me a very reasonable price to replace the windshield on my 2015 Acura MDX. Their tech (Fred) came out to my house the next day and got the job done in about an hour. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. He did an excellent job and the glass appears to be just as good as the original windshield. We do not use the lane departure system so we did not get the camera recalibrated. Beware of false promises. I decided to go with Integrity because they adversities a "up to $100 gift card". Since it's Christmas time I thought it would be worth it to try a new company and use the gift card as a gift. I was told I would receive the gift card in 10-14 days after the service. It was a HUGE pain to use this company. If I used Safelite as recommended by my insurance I would have been in and out, but with Integrity I had to go get an Inspection from a third party vendor -

Found them in Value Pak with a coupon that they will give you a $100 AMEX gift card at time of service with approved insurance claim. Josh booked appointment verified I will be getting $100 Gift Card at time of appointment. Fred my technician was AMAZING but told me he doesn't have any gift cards on him.. it would be mailed to me ... called office Jessica brushed it off.. said within 14 business days also approved insurance. I hate to be lied too, can't trust them for their advertisement.

These guys recently replaced the windshield on my work van. Left the vehicle parked at home one day, and drove my personal vehicle to work instead. When I got home, I saw the great mess they left on my dash. Strips of silicone, and big dried up soap stains, all over. How hard would it have been to wipe the dash off, after they had finished working? I didn't expect the van to be detailed, but I definitely didn't expect to clean up their mess. To top it all off, they shredded the wiper cowl; maybe somebody was inexperienced, or in a hurry.

Danny from integrity glass came to my house explained everything told me about how long it would take and when he was done. Danny Came to my door handed me paperwork and let me know when to take the secure strips off. The work done was excellent I felt comfortable and felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend Integrity glass to anyone.

Called my insurance agent after noticing a small crack in my windshield was now much bigger. I coincidentally had a Frys receipt with a coupon for r a $75 American Express card when having these guys do the replacement. I simply told my agent I wanted them. He gave me a referral number, I called them up and three DDT's a later I've got a new windshield! The installer called me, arranged aa time and was here and gone in less than 40 minutes. He was very nice and polite. Kuddos to Integrity!

Was promised a $100 gift card. When windshield was replaced, they said I only qualify for $75 and they would mail it. It has been over a month. When I call they say they will mail it and verify my address which they had wrong. I thought they corrected the address, but I still have not received the card and when I called back they still had my address wrong. And then I was told the gift card amount decreases every time they have to reissue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

This company needs to change its name to NO Integrity Auto Glass!!!

They advertise a $100 rebate by Visa gift card. Then when I called they said it will be only $50 and after the job was completed they sent me $0!!! I wish I would have Yelped them out before I hired this shady company, lots of people seem to have had the same negative experience as I did!!

So after Fred came out, it seemed ok...for a day. Whistling again in the same corner as stated above. I'm not calling them again just to be told too bad. I'll try to seal it myself and call my insurance company to make sure they are off the approved list. Bunch of LOSERS!

We have used this company countless times. I recently got my windshield replaced and the tech was excellent. But their promotions and scheduling need some work. We received a 100 gift card coupon, no exclusions and the only gave us 50 dollars. Guess they decided 50 dollars was worth losing repeat customers.

Doesn't Honor Coupons they send out. That shows "Integrity" . We used this company for everything for 6 or 7 years and never had issues. Would not recommend..
