Worst detail I’ve ever had. Paid $369 and got a glorified car wash. Finished in just 45 minutes…inside looked good but outside left much to be desired. streaks on glass, didn’t wash engine, didn’t touch the wheels. When I complained to owner and sent photos he agreed that the wheels and engine could be done better but refused to discount or come back and make it right. This company needs to not be in the detail business, because they are not detail oriented and aren’t willing to do anything to take care of unhappy customers. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

National Detail Pros is a broker and subs out the car washes to different vendors in the area you are located in. Simply put don't use a middle man and just book direct. The company that came out and was assigned to the detail was called Exotic Mobile Detailing in Utah. The materials and the process of washing the vehicle were again nowhere near the level of service I thought I would be getting. I told the detailer to not clean my leather dash and I didn't want a shiny finish. I was left with a wet shiny dash along with the rest of the interior and just had this horrible chemical residue left behind

One of the worst servicing are provided by them. They don’t have proper employee who can clean or any professional cleaners. They are just in the market to earn money . They did not even clean the cup holders of my car. Everything was dirty as is with water washed. When I ask them why they said it’s just becz your car is little old we can’t give as

I had some unsightly rock chips on the front of my car. After getting some matching touch up paint, Chris took it from there. He fixed all of them and put a clear bra on for future protection. I also had him put on a ceramic coating which made the paint look absolutely stunning and feels like glass! If you love your car I'd highly recommend it! These guys do a great job and I'll definitely use them again! !!

This is poor craftmanship at its finest.. No way will I ever recommend this to anybody especially someone with an "Exotic" vehicle. Paid $200 for an exterior detail which is to much money in my opinion especially on a brand new truck. It still looks like crap, the detail-er didn't even wash the roof of the truck the first time. Sunflower seeds all over my driveway, in the bed of my truck. Seriously do yourself a favor and find a professional, definitely not these guys.
