Today, we specialize in welding, weld repair, laser drilling, fabrication and coating removal for turbine components made from superalloys, primarily in the power generation and aerospace industries.

In pursuit of ISO-9001 certification, TL Precision developed a systematic approach to process development, measurement and documentation.
TL Precision has expanded its laser drilling capability to offer precise, geometrically-shaped cooling holes for gas turbine components. Cooling holes are installed on transition pieces, vanes, and blades to minimize thermal damage; allowing the engine to operate at a higher combustion temperatures, which increasing the engine efficiency.
