Om Your Day's main purpose and mission is to spread the true meaning of yoga and improve quality of life whether it be physical, mental or emotional. Yoga is a Sanskrit word which means to yoke, bind or join, to come together uniting the body, mind and spirit. I believe when we create balance, we live a life we're proud of.

What sets Om Your Day apart? I work with individuals privately. Yoga is a modality for all facets of life, it is a personal journey. I have discovered that working with individuals one on one creates a great environment for empowerment and self discovery. Namaste means the light in me bows to the light in you.
Services
Primary focus is to improve the quality of life for individuals whether it be physical, mental or emotional. Savana started practicing yoga in 2011. It wasn't long after, that she realized what yoga could do for her. The stillness of mind alone is worth the practice. But it is so much more than that.
First, we begin with a consultation. Consultations allow us to have a relaxed conversation about any areas of concern and/or focus. I back my private sessions with research on the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Each private yoga session is unique to the individual and can change with you. All of my sessions begin with mindfulness meditation which strengthens the brain and facilitates the mind-body connection.
I have been working with Savana since 2016. I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, for which there is no cure. We meet once per week, and I find the stretching and poses that we can do to be essential for me to get through the week. It has been a real pleasure to work with Savana and see her find the discipline of yoga that she has decided to make her specialty.
The word chakra means wheel or disk. Chakras refer to energetic activity produced by the nerves branching from the spinal column. Savana at Om Your Day is such a breath of fresh air, and so full of light and love. I’m brand new to yoga but I didn’t feel brand new at all. My session was so enjoyable, peaceful, informative, and I didn’t feel out of place at all, because she met me exactly where I was. After the session I felt so comfortable, relaxed, confident, and ready to keep growing. I can’t recommend Savana and Om Your Day enough. So grateful.

Savana is so sweet! She was very welcoming and understanding that I was new to everything. Her studio is so beautiful and relaxing. I felt so great in my mind and body upon leaving. I will definitely be a regular :)

I was able to witness Savana working with a client with MS and was very impressed with her skill and how she was able to modify poses to suit the client. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their mobility!

My daughter and I attend private yoga sessions with Savana. She has done an amazing job of adapting the poses to accommodate my knees and hip issues. She truly cares about her clients and how to make the most of their abilities.

One of the best things I ever did was schedule private yoga sessions with Savana. I have a torn left shoulder muscle and Savana has modified some of the poses so they would not cause any discomfort. I have seen improvement in the flexibility of my left arm. Look forward to my next sessions with Savana.

I feel like Savana has been able to undo 11 years of sitting at a desk. Very patient with a beginner like me. I defiantly recommend her yoga practices for anyone dealing with shoulder/neck pain.
