Rustic Iron Creations started as a build-to-order lodge and western / cowboy chic furniture manufacturing division of R.C. Portable Welding & Fabrication, Inc. While we have several standard products, our true appeal is the customizable images, wood finishes and colors customers can choose to complete their vision.
Over time Rustic Iron Creations has expanded into custom CNC cut work of many kinds, still working with the custom furniture, but also adding, custom cuts for many applications including truck bumpers, headache racks, custom tables, signs, railing inserts, fireplace screens, business logos & more! Nothing completes a Lodge or Western themed home better than the little details.

Services
At Rustic Iron Creations we have custom created and installed 1000's of feet of railing / fencing / handrail / inserts and gates through-out the Midwest. Whether you have your own ideas or would like to look thru the photos of our previous work for your inspiration, we can help you with all phases of the process from design to fabrication to installation.
All pieces are handcrafted in our shop. Table frames are first constructed with 2" square tubing legs and 3/4" square tubing heavy wall rail. All inserts are custom cut in house at our computerized cutting table. This allows us to build one of a kind pieces to the customer's specifications. All welds are sanded smooth.
With limitless combinations and your own unique imagination, Rustic Iron works to make the ordering process as simple as possible. While you can choose from one of our already designed selections, you can also custom design your own piece. Choose your design(s) - When looking through our designs, just note the CODE under your choice for easy reference.
