Prior to opening Salus, Gary has spent the last 17 years in the senior-care industry in some fashion or another. After graduating from USM in 1999, he has held positions such as the Director of Operations for Residence at Bay Cove & Residence at Ridgeland's (2012-2016), the Regional Director of Operations for Emeritus (2004-2012), and the Administrator for Trinity Hospice (2000-2004).
