We like State Farm, hate this office. Problems from the start. Fumbled the paperwork and had to drive to the location several times. Fast forward to a year later and trying to add a different car. Was trying to be sold a higher policy and told "don't call the 1-800 number. They'll mess it up." During this call with Justina another lady in the background hung up with a client and you could hear her say "that guy asked so many f****** questions." Very unprofessional. Of course we call the 800 number and it's about $50 cheaper. We call this office back in Monday

Been a customer with State Farm for over 20 years and half that with Bill Pool. Today is the last day to pay premium prices for rude and condescending service. There's better people to give my money to in the area.

Our favorite local agent with State Farm! I have a good relationship with Justina who is always informative and prompt with her assistance with any issue I have. We recently signed on for the drive safe and I had trouble setting it up myself, she walked me through it and now we are on track to save some money! My experience with Justina, Ashley, and Misti has been amazing. They have all gone above and beyond for me to take care on a clerical issue caused by a former employee and to assist me with proof of insurance for a new vehicle. This office is sooooo unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. They would call and leave messages demanding payment but never would say who they were or where they were calling from. Nobody ever could give me answer on anything. Completely clueless.
