Very similar experience as the other negative reviews on here. Quoted me a price then set a date they would come. They never show and don't even call. Two weeks go by and they wont return any calls. Finally get a hold of them and agree on another date to come. Once again they don't show and refuse to return a call. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

The staff is very flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable. Everyone was polite and got the job done fast and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for jobs to come.

Timber Tree Service is a fantastic company to work with - efficient, flexible & low cost! Had a couple estimates done & this company came in the most affordable especially for the caliber of work. Couldn’t be happier with their tree climbing abilities. They took down two huge pine trees in my yard & had the whole site cleaned up with in the time line we agreed upon! They didn’t even trample my garden which I greatly appreciated.

Like a few of the other posters that gave Timber Tree Service a low rating, I must add to their negative reviews.
I had originally spoke with them in November 2020 about getting a tree down. I had to call at least 3 times before I could get someone out for the estimate. Once the guy came out he gave me an estimate that sounded too good to be true... I later found out that's because it was.
Once he gave me the estimate verbally, in person, I accepted. He said that he would be able to get the tree down right after New Year's 2021. I asked for the estimate to be put in writing. This took approximately

Unprofessional and Unresponsive. They quoted the lowest price which I accepted and set a date to remove a tree but then failed to show up or call... This went on for several weeks... YOU have to call them, and when they answer they apologize, blame it on the weather, or some other excuse, and set another date... again, this went on several weeks with no show and no calls... after THREE MONTHS, I finally had to call another tree removal company to have the tree removed... BTW, I'm still awaiting for them to show. This company has the worst business ethics... I would NOT recommend.
