I have over 30 years of experience with Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Rehab operations. Graduate of Ferris State University and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. I live in Pennfield and raised three children with my husband of 38 years, and rescue Senior Weimaraners and Beagles. I love to spoil my 6 grandchildren and rescue pups, and spend as much time as possible in Florida.
I enjoy being part of my community and engaging with its residents and business owners. I am excited to share the Vineyard with everyone and have the community join us during events. My passion to make a difference is what led me to Vineyard Assisted Living where I can be an integral part in supporting families during times of transition and making our community a home away from home for our residents.

We focus on fresh ingredients, healthy balanced meals, and we aim to deliver it in a hospitable environment. Our dining program at Vineyard is accommodating to a variety of diet types and textures. We offer multiple options at each meal so that there is a flavor for every taste. Dining with us comes with no shortage of choices and service-- our meals are served with a smile, every day.
At Vineyard Assisted Living, we have crafted our programming around physical, psycho-social, spiritual and emotional life enrichment areas. We additionally strive to offer plentiful opportunities for intergenerational socialization!. Each month, our residents enjoy a number entertainment events from concerts and performers, to speakers, movies, and more.
At Vineyard Assisted Living we know how much pets can mean to our residents! Pets can provide companionship, a sense of purpose, social engagement, and opportunities to remain fit and active. Being able to have that companion accompany a resident can make or break a decision to move. We want residents to rest assured knowing that we welcome pets in our community!
Respite care is what we consider a short-term stay, for any amount of time less than 30 days. When a resident books a respite stay with us they get to enjoy their stay in one of our beautiful, fully furnished apartments. This is a great way to not only receive the physical and medical care you or a loved one may need, but it also is a great way to do a "Test-Drive" of our community!

When I took my mother to see Vineyard I knew immediately this was the place I hoped she liked. In my experiences with many care facilities in both Michigan and Florida I had never seen one that had windows letting in light and beautiful views, decorated to feel cheerful and we met both staff and residents that warmly greeted us. After the visit my mother said "I don't think I need to visit any other facility, this feels like home." She came to live here the first of July and I was all set to help her with the meeting to finalize and move in, when I was unexpectedly hospitalized for a week. My sister

We have been very pleased with our mom's move to the Vineyard and the quality of life they strive to provide. The facility is lovely and the staff goes the extra mile to assist in gentle, caring and cheerful ways. They work to make the Vineyard a home and are respectful, as well as thoughtful, in ways to do that. They are cognizant of the seemingly little things that make a day go better, lift your spirits or provide a bit more ease. Along with the little things they keep safety, top quality care and resident engagement the priority. My mom doesn't always take advantage of all that is offered but

This is a beautiful building that's very impressive. As soon as you walk in you notice the tall ceilings, large windows and bright cheery colors . The staff is very polite and helpful at providing the best of care for our mother. They listen to our suggestions and strive to make things better. We are very impressed with Jayme the Activities Director who plans many outings and daily entertainment and encourages my mother to participate despite her immobility. It's comforting to know staff like Monica, Dianna, & Brittany, to name a few, are taking good care of her.
