At Philadelphia Square Management Company, our primary goal is to provide Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) students with convenient, modern, comfortable, and upscale off campus student housing. Our eight properties feature one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments within walking distance to IUP's campus.

At 1055, you're within five minutes to downtown or hiking at White's Woods, whatever you might be feeling. Located above Gatti Pharmacy, our 1028 Philadelphia Street rentals are located just a couple blocks from downtown Indiana and campus. It's also close to hiking and mountain biking trails in White's Woods. Living in our downtown apartments will give you the feeling of living in the city with the benefit of a safe environment.

At our 31 S. 10th Street apartments, you'll be within just a couple blocks to campus, have plenty of parking options, and have the convenience of a laundry mat located right in the building. Still close to downtown nightlife, students will access to everything they need here. Students will love both the accessibility of apartment amenities and freedom of having their own space.
For the students who are looking for one and two bedroom apartments that are close to both town and campus will want to consider one of our properties at 980 Philadelphia Street or 9-15 South 10th Street. They are a close enough walk to downtown to enjoy what Main Street has to offer without being in the middle of the nightlife scene.

Nice apartment and very clean and newly furnished. However, they need to change the way they sign their leases. You can never trust anybody these days, and with that being said they should have separate leases per bedroom. I got into a situation where my roommate did not pay a penny of the 50/50 payment we agreed on. When it came down to the end of the year approaching, she still had not paid at all to live here. I had contacted Philly square multiple times about what was going on and they unfortunately did not care or do anything. My family is being held accountable for my roommates half of the

I was very disappointed and frustrated by the way the Philadelphia Square Apartment Company dealt with the unprecedented current pandemic situation. We were proactive in contacting this company early on, even before IUP made any finalized decisions on classes. They were non responsive and provided minimal help. I have not stepped one foot onto their property this school year, taking classes from home and yet, they are still demanding that I need to pay full price for the Apartment. Terrible costumer service and extremely inflexible, considering they had nothing written in their paperwork regarding

This is my second year living in the Philadelphia Square Apartments and I'm very satisfied! The apartments are very modern and look new, and the quality is hard to beat. The ladies managing Philly Square are very nice and helpful and will assist you with whatever you need. Utilities are free which is awesome and you have access to a gym and a movie theater, plus there are two different locations to do laundry, one of which is right in the main building. I was surprised at how nice the apartments were, they are high-quality. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and overall the apartments are

I have lived in Philadelphia Square for two years now, in building 2 on Philadelphia Street. The apartments are new and updated, with nice floors, counters, appliances, and furniture. The small gym in building two is a huge plus, as well as laundry in the building. The staff in the office is always excellent to work with, and extremely helpful with any questions. I love the convenience of this location, because it is only a short walk to campus (about 10 minutes) and close to all of the shops and restaurants on Philadelphia Street. I have been living here for two years now and signed for next year as well. I enjoy living here, Philadelphia Square cares for their tenants. If I have questions or concerns they always address them quickly and in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious, clean, and furnished. When you pay for your rent everything is included which is very nice! If anyone is thinking about living here, I highly recommend!

I have lived in the Philadelphia Square apartments ever since I have been able to live off-campus; I am graduating in May. I have completely loved my experience living here and everyone who works here is amazing! I've been able to live in three of the different Philadelphia Square buildings and I have loved every single one of them! I love that they have a laundry facility and fitness room all in the one building. It makes it so convenient for both. And they have this very cute movie theater that is fun to watch movies in with friends on a Friday night! It is a great place to call home while away

I have stayed in the Philadelphia Square Apartments now for 2 years and have resigned for my final year to live here again. The apartments are so nice! They include beautiful furniture and spacious rooms for tenants. Utilities are included in the price, which makes these apartments very favorable to live in compared to other housing options. The apartment buildings also offer the capability to rent a parking spot for the semesters with prices substantially cheaper than other parking options around the area. I have been a tenant of Philadelphia Square for three years now.The units are fully furnished with modern appliances. I rarely have to make maintanence requests, but when I do, they are addressed promptly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My apartment is very spacious and is within walking distance to campus. Parking is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend renting from Philadelphia Square!

I've lived here coming up on 3 years now in two of the buildings and I've never had any issues. The rooms are well furnished and the full kitchen is a very nice perk. The few instances that required maintenance requests were resolved within 48 hours. The office staff is very accommodating and lets you know exactly when things are due. My building is only 2 blocks from campus which is very convenient. I would highly recommend renting from these guys.

Lived here for 3 years... Very convenient and central location. You feel part of the campus community even though it is technically off-campus. Always felt very safe living there because of the key fob security system. I liked the fact that strangers can't just roam around inside the building. Convenient mail room inside the building. Huge closet and fairly large sized bedrooms. Multiple sinks in the bathroom are great with having a roommate. Would definitely recommend Philadelphia Square Apartments to a friend looking for a place to live.
