Reston Limousine provided our wedding party, family and guest transportation for our 9/4/2021 wedding. We were BLOWN AWAY by the customer service that we received leading up to the event as well as day-of service. The Reston Limo team delivered exactly what was promised and kept the 3 shuttles on schedule, which was very important for us as we had a tight shuttle window and several additional complexities with pick-up and drop-offs. I was so impressed by the service and safety of RestonLimo after a recent booking of a VanTerra for a small group. We needed a ride in and out of one of the hardest places to get to in the area (FedExField) and our driver navigated the crazy stadium parking situation with ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We hired Reston Limousine to shuttle our wedding guests to and from our venue on our wedding day. The drivers arrived on time and couldn't have been more pleasant with the wedding party and wedding guests. The buses were clean, safe and accommodating. I can't say enough about this company. I will definitely be using them again in the future. 10 out of 10!

Worst experience. Driver arrived 30 minutes late. Made arrangements to pick us up from departures opposed to arrivals to avoid traffic, yet the driver got an attitude and told us we were coming from a flight, which was not true. The driver slammed on breaks multiple times. No one could read or use their phone due to the amount of discomfort from either suspension or reckless driving. The last slam on break my iPad went flying and it is now cracked. Approached the driver and he was shocked that I said he slammed on breaks. Surprised none of us flew through the window. Multiple witnesses. No apology

We just finished a custom tour of DC using Reston Limo and it was amazing. We had guests from out of town and we wanted to do highlights and our driver Richard delivered above and beyond.
We had a couple special requests for viewing which Richard accommodated without blinking an eye. He recommended an additional stop which gave us, and our guests, a most amazing view.
Richard (the driver) was a consummate gentleman, took us on a wonderful private tour and made sure we were well taken care of.

Great service! We had a group of 12 LOUD drinkers on our recent tour of wineries in the Reston area. Our driver Terry was wonderful. He put up with us, had a great sense of humor and got us from point to point safely. We had a van-ish thing that transported us which was a little tight since we have some tall dudes ranging from 6' to 6'8....but we made it work. The vehicle was clean and Terry was quick to attend to our quickly changing temperature needs of the vehicle. The price was reasonable amongst all of us after we split it all up so it was well worth the rental.

After a hiccup in the beginning with some details, this company was absolutely amazing to work with and very responsive. Thierry and Carolyn were very straightforward and understanding of the process even helped me figure out the time the bus would have to leave in order to get all my guests there safely with time before the ceremony. This is a company I've seen around northern Virginia and I can understand why they would be chosen most often. After seeing the level of care that most the staff puts into the company I would never choose another transportation company!

From booking to getting our guests safely home after the party, there were bumps along the way. The agent helping me book kept forgetting me and my booking, was unable to answer questions like if the drivers would like a meal. We ordered two buses from the hotel to our wedding venue. The guests from the one bus complained that the bus driver didn't know where he was going, barely knew how to open the bus door and frankly seemed like he had never driven a bus before. The bus took out a stop sign on the way out of the wedding venue. However, we did not get complaints about the other bus so it

We had an executive vanterre to transport our bridal party to the wedding this past weekend. It was the perfect vehicle for the bride and bridesmaids to travel in their gowns comfortably. The driver was so kind and excited for them too and they all told me how special it was! The van arrive on time, no issues at all.
We also had a towncar pick up from the reception the bride and groom. Again, on time, and the vehicle was perfect. Pricing was reasonable.

We reserved a 30-seat ADA bus for our senior generation and out of town guests for my brother's USN retirement ceremony - pick up in Potomac, MD and ceremony at the Navy Memorial downtown. Our driver, BJ, was incredibly helpful. I appreciated that he arrived early (he and I actually got to the Bolger Center at the same time). Coming from VA, I was worried about traffic and it was a great relief to see the Reston Limousine bus as I arrived. BJ was very careful in using the lift for my dad, who is in a wheelchair. He made sure my dad was secure for the drives as well. We were very pleased

Just a note about Dave Lamb---he was amazing. He drove the routes ahead of schedule to make sure that the snow wasn't too bad and he was personable and a delight for our folks. While we know that we can't have him drive for us every time, we would love to think that this is possible. ha! Our guests even wanted to take a picture with him. He's the best! Thank you.

Was staying in the National Harbor area and tried to purchase day passes thru the App for the Circulator shuttle operated by RLS. We purchased the passes and the credit card was charged, but we did not receive the passes. Thought it was going to be a lost cause in trying to rectify the issue, but to my surprise it was not. I called the number for customer service on the website and when I explained the issue, they were able to refund our money plus they made sure we could enjoy the benefits of the Circulator shuttle free of charge for the day. I hope Drema is my shuttle driver anytime I want to travel again from the Vienna Metro station to George Mason University's Fairfax campus.
At the Vienna station this past Wednesday about 2:50, Drema conscientiously made sure in detail that I was headed to the right stop, explained the schedule to the minute -- and even expressed concern that I would arrive on campus on time. (She cared enough to go over the schedule with me before I assured her that I had ample time.)
Add Drema's safe, talented driving and engaging personality, and Reston Limousine has a real asset.

I wanted to take the time to compliment our driver Karmjeet from Sunday September 17th Nationals game. Karmjeet was uber professional gentleman who drive smoothly and slowed down for the large pot holes on 1-66 - we greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness.
I noticed our driver exhibited the utmost professionalism Sunday evening the minute my wife and I boarded Ballpark bus in Reston. Karmjeet was the target of a pesky annoying woman, who boarded at Ashburn and sat right behind Karmjeet. She could not help herself from offering your Reston Limo driver "directions" on

Updated review for the fantastic afternoon I had yesterday! Barry, the manager, reached out after my last review to address the issues on our last brewery tour, and he invited us back for a luxury sedan tour that we could take to any brewery or winery.
We chose Fabbioli Cellars and Catoctin Distillery, and really enjoyed the beautiful drive into Loudoun County.
The reservation was seamless. I communicated back and forth with Patti, who worked even late during the weekends. She drew up a detailed itinerary for us and made sure that we could get the tour date that we wanted.

I hired them for a 60th Birthday surprise party. They were fantastic. Our party bus arrived on time in Rockville then transported us to various locations around DC. The driver was an excellent driver. He was cautious, but savvy enough to know how to navigate the streets of DC on a Saturday night. We were delivered back to our house in Rockville at the exact time we requested. The bus was clean, comfortable, & had all the amenities I asked for (microphone, CD player). For anyone planning a Party Bus event..Reston Limousine are the only folks to call.

My girlfriends and I rode Reston Limo today for the wine tour.
Exceeded my expectations completely. Allen the driver was professional, funny and truly accommodating made sure us gals were having a great time. Amanda our tour host was just as awesome and definitely kept us on time as we moved from the 1st vineyard to the next. The raffle at the end and gift for the birthday girl was a very nice touch.
I highly recommend Reston limo.
