When we decided to build a new home, we were somewhat nervous because we had been in real estate for over 25 years and had seen and heard horror stories about the building process and contractors in general. We interviewed many contractors but it was Marlin that stood out among all of them. Still being cautious, we requested references from him and followed up on them.
We have built two homes and used Schrec's for our second house. I would highly recommend Marlin and his team for both home construction and add-ons, remodels, etc. First, the quality was top notch, with great finish and detail work and solid construction.
