The second star is because of the room price. But remember you are getting what you pay for.
We booked a stay for 5 days. The parking is great and the check in was easy. There is a mask sign on the door that you have to handle, but no sanitizer anywhere.
I went into three different rooms and they all stunk. I had to request a plug-in. The room was not cleaned well and the refrigerator was dirty. In addition, the shower had hair on the wall. There was only two sets towels for the two bedrooms.
We ran out of toilet paper on the second night and when we called they told us we would have to go get

I think it is utterly sad that the manager/owner would insult an elderly woman who was seeking shelter from Hurricane Ida, because he did not like the revieW I not her posted. The room given to her was a health hazard. She should be refunded or better compensation. She is a very nice,forgiving woman and asked that I delete the review. However I'm not as forgiving, especially when it comes to my loved ones. Now sir you can do better/ Right by her or my next course of action is the news and the health district

Very friendly. Staff is always available to answer all your concerns and needs. Family environment. Huge and Clean Rooms. Housekeeping is very efficient.

The location and quietness is great but the rooms are out dated! The bathrooms need new tubs and showers. All the bedding needs to be replaced with new bedding. The beds are uncomfortable to sleep in. The furniture needs to be replaced with new and not used. The shower curtains are worthless. The doors needs to be cleaned front and back or replaced!!! Freshness should hit u in the nose not a musty odor!!!

There is nothing wrong when I have a stay here. The front office staff is really good. You get a decent breakfast muffins, cereal, coffee, or even a biscuit sandwich. All I can say is don't listen to what others say. Check it out yourself

I have a family member that resides in one of the new apartments that the motel has. They are very nice, efficient apartments. Pretty clean and taken care of.

My room was filthy. I booked a room with double beds and both beds had sheets that were stained and full of gritty debris and hair. The chair in the room was worse than the bed. The chair had disgusting stains all over it. I understand that this is an older property that is in dire need of upgrades but this does not excuse how filthy the room was. When I complained to the manager and requested a refund, she refused to refund my money. Please avoid this place!

Traveled all the way from San Diego California to be turned down by this hotel due to me being a retired war vet with a Service Animal. I asked her was she aware of the ADA LAWS she said she was fully aware. Her name was Tori, Ms. Tori must NOT be aware that that is grounds to a lawsuit for discrimination. I will make sure the ADA LAWS are upheld on my part, and let everyone know this HOTEL DISCRIMINATES against SERVICE DOGS. Thank you COUNTRY INN for accepting us VETERANS and OUR SERVICE DOGS!!

It was clean and it was nice it was actually quite not much disturbances its a nice place to stay

I booked this hotel back in September for a family reunion the weekend. We arrived to find the rooms very dirty in general. I am very Bug phobic so I began to check for bed bugs and spiders. We found a bed bug and I was immediately wanting to leave. We then began to search the rest of the beds to then find a very old USED prophylactic under the mattress.
Upon further inspection the mattresses were filthy to the point that the mattress covers were fused to them.
When we asked for our money back they wanted me to look at 2 other rooms to "salvage the sale". We stepped into the 1st new
