The Driller is responsible for completing a variety of projects, including, but not limited to drilling and installation of private, commercial and industrial water wells and groundwater exploration and development projects. Preference will be given to people welding experience; CDL driver's license.

I was quoted $800 for them to put a camera down my well to give an estimate on how much it would cost to get my well up and running again. The team came out and pulled my pump and then put the camera down 150' when the well is 820'. They then charged $1955 claiming fees to pull the pump and rig time. I was NEVER quoted anything other than the $800. I tried to reply to the invoice by email and text with no reply. After talking with the owner, he claimed his secretary who gave me the quote is skilled and informed me of the charges and fees involved. This was NOT the case and has since put a mechanics

We asked this company to pull a pump out of a well and tell us what needed to be done to a make the well functional. They came, pulled the existing pump, replaced with another pump and left. They did not give us an estimate prior to doing any work. They did not communicate what had been done prior to leaving. Then sent an $8,326.56 bill. When I called and questioned the bill, they did not offer an explanation and then sent an intent to file a mechanics lien on the well.

We were left days without water. When we called to complain they were not responsive. I had to drive to Tucson just to bathe at my daughters house and get water for my dogs.
After weeks they finally sent out a Senior Tech who also admitted they (junior techs) did a sloppy job. I would never recommend this company! They come across as professional, caring company. Once they have your money they won’t care if your well works or not.

This is a company that goes out of its way in CUSTOMER SERVICE, it seems now a days that word is obsolete. Not this Reliant. Enoch was our service tech, he was patient and very willing to explain everything to me. This is coming from a complete novice. Thank You again for your outstanding service.
