Services
Dr. Steven Walters graduated from North Olmsted High School in 1980 and received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University with academic honors in 1984. He then entered the School of Dentistry at the University of Michigan and graduated in the top tier of his class in 1988. From Michigan, Dr. Steve was accepted into a postgraduate hospital residency training program at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.

I've been to multiple dental offices in northeastern Ohio and this by far is my favorite. The facility always looks nice and it kept put together. They have a nice spacious waiting room. The staff is always nice and friendly and readily able to answer any questions. From the time you call to make your appointment to checking out and leaving you will have a pleasant experience

I took my dad who is In a nursing home to this dentist for an urgent appointment because he was in pain and had his cheek swelled up.
I called this morning and talked to a staff to set up an appointment. She was very helpful, courteous and patient with me when she was asking for information about my dad. They were able to accommodate him the same day which was really amazing especially with my dad's condition. He was having a hard time eating because of the pain and swelling up.
We went to the office and they did an X-ray and examination and found food stuck between his tooth and gum. They

If you are looking for a dentist that is at the forefront of new technology, safe during Covid-19, kind, considerate, professional, and what I consider a great value, then look no further. Best price does not always mean best value. I know we are all looking for a low price and I got SO much more for my money here. I have at one time or another seen all the dentists here and they are all top notch. Dr Alicia for a crown replacement. And she and the team were just terrific. Truly the best dental team in northeast Ohio and the best I've ever been to.

After a horrible experience elsewhere, I was referred to Advanced Dental care, and I am so happy I went. I was in extreme discomfort with a tooth that was infected and in need of extraction. I sent a request the night before requesting an emergency appointment I was contacted via email by the physician right away, and they held a spot for me the following day. I was able to fill out all of my medical documents via email before the appointment. This practice followed strict COVID protocol and procedures, and my entire experience was professional and as pleasant as a tooth extraction could be. I

Every person in the practice is focused on a pleasant experience for each patient. I have had several procedures, such as a root canal, tooth capping, periodontal cleaning, and tooth extraction. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable and always ready to answer your questions. I have referred friends to the practice and each has shared similar feedback. If you want to know what real customer service is like, then take a visit to Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics. It just blows my mind how I was treated in a respectfully and courteous way as soon as I walked into the door.
I was greeted by the front desk who was very kind who then introduced me to another staff who offered me coffee and gave me a tour of the facility which was clean and very up to date with equipment. Every person that I met was very friendly and was always introduced to each of the team involved in my care.

After not having gone to the dentist for about ten years and having extreme anxiety about going, I finally got the courage to try ADC. Reading all the positive reviews online really helped ease my fears. Every last one of the staff, from the front desk to the hygienist, to the doctor, we're so extremely kind and patient. They eased my fears, didn't give me a guilt trip, offered free sedation, and got me excited about taking care of my mouth. I went to them for almost 2 years! Kim is the best hygienist! She has a light touch and cleans your teeth really well.
All the doctors are good although I had most experience with Dr Barjesh who took care of all my cavities! And trust me, I had a LOT of cavities when I first arrived here. Prices are reasonable in my opinion.
The only reason I stopped using this office is because I moved to Chicago! I recommended them to all my OH friends. Thank you for everything !

Advanced Dental Care is hands-down the best dentistry I have ever gone to. The office is upscale, nice, and clean - and if you happen to have to wait, the couches are comfy. The employees are also very nice and greet you with pleasantries and a new toothbrush as well.
From the front office employees, to the dental hygienists, and the two DDS-owners, everyone is kind, caring, and do an excellent, pain-free job. You'll come out feeling clean and refreshed. Wow!!! If you are looking for the BEST dental experience of your life- this is the place to go! I had very uncomfortable gum pain and needed a cleaning ASAP and they were able to squeeze me in the day I called!! Very clean, very thorough with everything they do! Made sure I was 100% comfortable the entire appointment and also that I understood everything that was going on with my teeth & gums! I used to dread going to the dentist but will be genuinely excited the next time I will need to go in! The staff was SO friendly, energetic and just awesome over all! I need to have my wisdom teeth removed

There are few times in life when you receive a dental service that is so comfortable and painless that you forget you are at a dentist office. This week I experienced such a service at Advanced Dental Care.
The office is clean and spacious. They have coffee/tea station in the waiting area. Customer care is exceptional. My doctors were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Best dental office I've ever been to. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The exam chairs are very comfortable with a TV and head phones. They even bring you a hot towel to wipe your face if needed. They also have a fantastic whitening program with regular teeth cleaning visits. I don't think any other place could even compare! Both dentists I've seen there are very friendly and take the time to explain everything and will discuss whatever questions you have. All around a great place, I'd recommend this office to everyone.

A lot of other companies could learn from them a thing or two about creating a special customer experience. From the second you open the door they are friendly and always letting you know where you are in the process. There is no wasted motion in your visit, from check-in to the appointment to check-out. You simply feel taken care of by all involved.

Let me begin by stating that I am the most anxious, fearful dental patient on the face of the earth. I have not been to the dentist in over 15 years. I know, gross. I started feeling little twinges on the left side of my mouth and immediately went into panic mode. I remembered the ads on WTAM 1100AM for a "sedation" dentist and thought that could be the answer to my prayers. I made an appointment for the following day.

This place is awesome. It's like going to a spa. When you walk in they offer you water, tea, coffee, whatever you want. It's clean and ultra modern. They have the most up-to-date equipment. Each dental chair has it's own flat screen tv so you can watch what you want when you're having your teeth cleaned.
I needed an x-ray and a consultation on having my wisdom teeth removed cause they hurt. The staff was extremely friendly and explained every procedure as they were doing it. I felt right at home.
They also do the surgeries there so there's no referrals to another
