Services
Working closely with the Board certified/eligible physicians, our physical therapists, occupational therapists and certified hand therapists strive to provide the best care using innovative and state of the art treatments, proven evidence-based techniques, and modern exercise equipment in our clinics.
The shoulder comprises several joints that are held in place by tendons, muscles, and ligaments to allow a wide range of motion to the arm. It is the most mobile and one of the most potentially unstable joints in the body. Most shoulder problems involve the soft tissues: muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
I received shoulder therapy at this clinic after rotator cuff surgery that was done by Dr. Badman. Dr. Badman highly recommended Ashim and although I had to drive clear from the north end of the town, I am so glad I did. Both the surgeon and the therapist are best at what they do in the whole town.

Excellent experience having therapy for my shoulder here. Both therapists I worked with were obviously very knowledgeable and listened to any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. When I had to move my times around due to scheduling conflicts they were quick to accommodate. Front desk staff was always courteous and professional. And most importantly, the therapy reduced my pain and helped me gain mobility back in my shoulder. I couldn't be happier with my results.

I had the privilege of re-habing with The Hand And Orthopedic Rehab Clinic three times. Each time I was evaluated based on my specific need. Each session was targeted for what I needed “ no cookie cutter recipes”. Ashim, Natalie, Carly, Sarah each went well above and beyond my expectations. I want To encourage anyone who may need physical rehab to please, please seek this group of professionals out. The Hand And Orthopedic Rehab Clinic not only maintained correspondence with my doctor, but also assisted me with my insurance and short term disability insurance. In addition to being treated so

You feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. Appointment times stay pretty well on schedule. You feel like you are part of a family that cares about you as a person and as a client. I had complete confidence in Ashim’s ability to help me recover. He did a great job and actually made therapy fun. I would highly recommend them.

My experience was very positive from my first session through the detailed instructions for follow-up work at home and the gym when I finished my regular visits. Ashim is knowledgeable, articulate, encouraging, friendly, and thoroughly professional. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very attentive and patient with that. I recommend this rehab facility in the highest terms.

I really enjoyed going to Hand & Orthopedics. They really helped me get my arm back to new. I am not one to stick to therapy, but actually enjoyed going. Ashem is fun to work with & does a fantastic job. The girls are all very nice too. I was sorry my therapy had to end. I recommend them highly.

Therapy at The Hand and Orthopedic Rehab Clinic had a huge impact on my mobility and usage of my arm. Prior to coming here I could not use my arm and was in route to get surgery on my shoulder again. After just a week ofI I began to notice improvement. I can now use my arm in a normal routine. I can't thank the staff enough for the great work that they did.

The therapists here are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I began rehab, I could barley move my shoulder, I "graduated" therapy and I am at full function with my shoulder, with strength back in my hand. I highly recommend all of the therapists.

Dr. Bakshi is amazing! Rehabilitated my son's displaced and broken finger after plate and screws placed in surgery to complete healing.
Candice and the staff worked hard to accomodate my student's schedule, and through the diligence of Dr. Bakshi's exercises and careful attention our son was able to achieve maximum healing and restored function within 8 weeks after starting therapy when the expected outcome was 10-12 weeks. Dr. Bakshi delivers quality care while educating his patients, and has a great relationship with his patients. For our teenager, it made the hard work of physical therapy fun

Best place ever!!!! I had horrible pain from my right shoulder to my elbow and almost no movement of the shoulder. After the first treatment I slept all night for the first time in months. In approximately 8 weeks I was back to normal. The knowledge they have as therapist is excellent. They explain everything they are doing as well as why you are having the issues you do. I referred a young college athlete that had surgery and wasn’t recovery as they had expected. They even told him he would likely have to have another surgery. Instead he took my recommendation, went to Hand & Ortho Rehabilitation

My husband James Keegan, had need of therapy after reverse shoulder replacement. We wanted to be close to our home. We were able to start right away and had paper work completed quickly. Megan was his therapist and explained all exercises well. Following up, Dr Peers, was very please with the progress made. He said they had helped Jim do a good job. They make sure to remind you about appointments so you don't miss them. Staff is great to work with, and location and parking is so handy.
