HARPE provides systems engineering, architecture and analysis support which includes defining, clarifying, and documenting operational information exchange requirements; performing the necessary parametric analysis and tradeoffs; recognizing the relationships or cross-coupling factors between sub-elements in a system and clarifying the interfaces.
HARPE is a minority owned small business that specializes in program management, system engineering and planning support for commercial and government organization environments.
