The Soper team is absolutely amazing. Not only are their homes beautiful with efficient floor plans for any family size, but their customer service is top notch. We looked for our forever home for over 2 years and every time, we ended back in the Soper office. We love the quality of the homes and the endless options to make it custom to you and your family. We have built in the past with another builder and nothing compares to the Soper experience. It is on another level! Highly recommend!

We thought we were the last people who would ever build a custom home (fearing that we'd end up with some sort of labyrinth)! However, after our realtor listened to our wants for over a year, he decided the best thing was to take us to see a Soper Home, explaining that the quality of what we would obtain even before upgrades was going to be good compared to other more mainstream builders.
The moment I walked into the model I fell in love with the floor plan. It was as open, bright given the choice and location of windows, and the kitchen was everything I wanted (you have to see it for yourself

My wife, Bonnie, and I Have been in our Soper home for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. From the start of planning our home to the finished product Mike and his team made the experience a great one! Any concerns or questions were answered quickly and professionally. Although we had few changes the ones we did make were handled with ease and never a problem. Alli did a great job putting all the finishing products together for us.

Read my previous review to find out all the things that have gone wrong with our somewhat new Soper-built custom home. This update is to focus on yet another reminder that our expensive custom built home was poorly built.
We've been smelling gas off an on outside near our gas meter. It's been more consistent lately so we called out the Gas Company (who was super on the spot, came out less than 2 hours after we called). The technician found the leak pretty quickly and repaired it (for free). He mentioned that sometimes the stuff they use to seal breaks down after a while, he asked
