Devin and the rest of the folks here took really good care of me and my car after the hail storms earlier this year. They made is very easy by picking my car up and then delivering it back to me when it was done and did all the haggling with the insurance company. Best of all my car looked better when it got back than it did before the storm, they completely detailed the inside and outside. Great experience.

I had a ton of hail damage from this past season. I had planned on getting it fixed after insurance cut the check. After going to kroger I found a post-it on my car saying to call the number. I thought someone ran into me. It was someone from DFW storm solutions saying they could fix my car. Oh boy did they! I've never seen my car looking so amazing. Well done guys! Got my car back. Everything looks great. All the dents were not there anymore, only few spots on the rubber trim around the windows. And somehow it had some minor scratches. But the owner promised to fix it, just need to find a time for that. But overall, it was a great work, car was clean as well. And no charges at all. The owner made it right. Hopefully, they can have a better communication from now on with their customers.

Their reps came by to tell us about their program and it sounded like a good deal- they also had an incentive bonus for referring others. So we referred each other since that was about 4-5 vehicles within the family plus a friend. The work that was done was great and communication during the process was great as well! I recently got a new car and a month later it got hail damage all over it. I took it to their shop and the owner made sure to go in deep detail of how they do paint less dent repair. I was so upset and nervous about the repairs but they did a beyond fantastic job with my car! When I got my car back it looked better than it did before. Update: Gabriel reached out this morning 6/11 and was very friendly and professional while discussing our concerns. DFW Storm Solutions handled everything smoothly. The roofers used were another company contacted by DFW Storm solutions. The actions and attitude from the roofing company when fixing the trim they damaged was the only issue we had during our experience. Now that all the work is done, we're very happy with the outcome.

Amazing company!! Made my car look brand new with an amazing paint job. Not a hail dent in sight. They even went out of their way to tweak some small things like my windshield visors and reattached them. They delivered my car to my house sparkling! I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends. Great communication with the staff! I always was able to speak to someone in a timely manner about my car. Would not take another vehicle there. When having hail damage repaired, ordered a custom fiberglass hood and also requested they return my OEM hood to me. After multiple trips, they refused to correct the issue with the hood that they caused. Hood is extremely wavy due to improper prep being done before paint. Had many conversations between them and the hood vendor and now I am stuck with a hood that does not look good. They also threw away my OEM hood supposedly the day before returning my vehicle to me. Wouldn't be my first or second option for hail repairs. I work for insurance and it seems to be no sort of communicating. Sure they give you a loaner car which by the way had no gas, dog hair all in it, bad battery which the car wouldn't start at times. Only two stars in my opinion by the way i was told someone would pick there loaner vehicle up for the last two weeks since i live in McKinney and my vehicle was total loss and there vehicle is still sitting in my parking lot and no one contacts me at all. My 150 dollar referral card i was told i would take 72 hours to have funds on card

If you have hail damage, call Suzie! Everything they say and advertise is true - you will not pay a deductible, they take care of everything & deal with the insurance company, the work is guaranteed, and your vehicle is returned looking like new! Bonus: Suzie brought my rental car to me and took my vehicle in. Once repairs were completed, they brought it back and took the rental away. EASY and I did not pay one cent!

STAY AWAY!!!! They seem like a good company until they get possession of your car then you find out how unorganized and how unprofessional they are!!!! They have had my vehicles in their possession for two and a half months. I'm not joking, they literally have told me 4 times that one of my cars would be ready "next week" then the day when it was supposed to be ready they tell me oh, it's not ready. We're waiting on a part. How many times can they be waiting on a part. The owner, Gabriel, gives me the run around and now won't even answer when I call. STAY AWAY!!!
