Willoughby is a construction and consulting company owned and operated by Gerard Rath and Alicia Manfre. Gerard has over 10 years experience in commercial and residential construction both as a carpenter and as a licensed contractor and engineer and has supervised and managed over $250 million in projects.

We specialize in custom remodeling projects that included but are not limited to; additions, kitchens and baths and custom home projects in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and soon Northern Virginia.
Willoughby Construction and Consulting also has dedicated professionals to assist our clients with completing any size home remodeling project, additions, custom kitchens and baths, finished basements, and in-law suites. Willoughby Construction helped us with a basement remodel that included adding a full bathroom to my mom's house. I had to coordinate this project from out of state as I don't live nearby. Alecia kept me updated with text messages and pictures often and was a pleasure to work with. All the staff were patient and helpful in working with my elderly mom and took extra time to answer her questions. I recommend them for any project.

I highly recommend Willoughby Construction and Consulting. I contacted them when I needed to sell my home and they counselled me on what would bring the best return on my money, even declining work that I was willing to pay for. Willoughby came to my rescue when another contractor messed up the job. They were quick to come and assess the situation and make recommendations that worked for me. They fixed everything I asked for and then some! And at a price that was fair and reasonable. Customer service was outstanding! Called them again for another job. Highly recommend Willoughby Construction and Consulting!
