What are HUD Homes? A HUD home is a 1-to-4 residential unit that has an FHA insured mortgage that has gone into default. The lender acquires the property, submits their FHA insurance claim and then conveys ownership to HUD. HUD will then sell the home through their Asset Manager BLB Resources. Who Can Buy a HUD Home?

Best thing I ever did was meet Joe thrugh my Neighbor that was Selling his Home. He knows the right people for the job. I used the guy my Neighbor had work on his house. Thanks to everyone over at NW Home Experts. They were able to help me find a great home in Olympia/Lacey WA area. I really had some very specific requests and they were able to fill almost every request, and the ones they couldn't they worked with the seller to get. I will definitely be coming back to Joe and Chris the next time we purchase and sell our home.

The guys over at NW Home experts helped us out tremedously. Joe was able to secure a short sale with Wells Fargo after I had worked for months to try to get anywhere with them. Not only did he secure a short sale, he also sold the house in under 4 months. Its good to someone is out there looking out for the regular people of the world.
