Staff and doctors give poor treatment. The time I’ve been there and today when my husband went in for emergency treatment for COVID. He was told they did all they could do and treated him as much as they could per “CDC guidelines” and sent him home. But difficulty breathing , left lung pneumonia, nausea, vomiting, headache, etc and over 103 fever. But, Oh sorry, we’ve done all we can do, but ya gotta go, bye. And we have damn good insurance too. Staff and doctors just didn’t want to deal with it.

Unfair and unethical billing practices. Paid what was the cash price quoted by the office the day if service for an appointment. Month later get a bill for an additional $130 when no additional services were provided at the time of service. Will not be using this facility again and recommend if you want to keep your hard earned money you avoid as well.

Went to ER late Sunday night as my mother was having extreme abdominal issues. They were polite, efficient and proffesional. Alot more personal attention and care than big box hospitals. Clean, caring and efficient.great place

The hospital is a duck pond. Went to ER by ambulance in excruciating pain from an injury, middle of the night/weekend. Unfortunately for me, I suffer from severe chronic pain and use opioids [prescribed by a pain management specialist, monitored monthly]. The doctors on call, one fairly new, one a long established practitioner, chose to withhold pain ameliorating medication just in case I was some drug-seeking junkie looking for a quick fix. Blood pressure, heart rate, respirations - not to mention the involuntary screams - were certainly indicative of a severe problem. Finally, they administered

Imaging - Do not go here if you are a self pay patient. They do not offer discounts which is interesting because I chose direct pay to cut out the 3 party billing entity, this saving time and money - and insurance companies never pay the full rate! There was also a "copay" when I was prepared to pay, in full, up front. That's just ridiculous and seems extremely shady especially since it was seemingly unknown what my bill would be. This was for IMAGING! Shop around, you can find facilities who do it for a fraction of the cost Hamilton Health charges.
That said, staff was friendly. Its a shame their

The surgery department at the hospital needs a swift kick in the you-know-where! We were taking my brother in for his knee surgery. He had to be there by 7am. Upon arrival, we were told that his surgery was "bumped" to later that afternoon and that he would have stay "surgery ready" (aka: not eat or drink anything!) which he had been doing 12am. They did not call anyone on his contact list to let us know, and when we asked when the time change had been decided we received no answer. The surgery department did not even let the doctor know!!!?!?!? And I quote, "Oops. We dropped the ball..." Yes ma

Horrible experience. Nursing staff & Dr were super great but at 7 o'clock shift change, I have never been treated so ugly. It's a shame when a person goes into the ER when you already don't feel good & then have a very unprofessional TWO nurses. Wow... I feel really sorry for the Drs that have to deal with such hateful nursing staff. It's that obvious you don't wanna be a nurse, time to retire or find a new career! Will never be back & will never recommend anyone go here. Shame on you.
