We traded in our vehicle for a new Kia Carnival and our experience from the minute we stepped out of our old car was excellent. The customer care and time spent with us was above and beyond. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had (bought both used and new previously). I never felt rushed or like I was being ‘sold to’. And they also have the best keurig and local donuts for customers! Tom Garrett was our product expert and was fantastic to work with. James Preston, the finance manager, was great as well. First, we researched Kia dealers on line and chose the one with the highest and best rating in the area. We were not disappointed!
We were greeted by a very friendly Scott Burnett, super nice guy, who was
very knowledgeable about the Kia we wanted to buy. He explained the ins and outs of the Kia Soul, step by step, filled out the paperwork expediently and had us out of the dealership and into our new car in 2 hours. The process was seamless and professional. I would recommend Preston Superstore in a heartbeat and will be back to purchase our next car when the need arises!

Phenomenal experience at Preston Kia. After shopping at another dealership, and having a less than positive experience we need the 45 minute drive to Preston Kia. Tony, was wonderful to work with. I would never recommend taking your Kia to the store for service not only did my car take a month to even just get diagnosed with the diagnostics took four hours to six hours but my car came back with way more issues than it went in with my car had a wiring issue and wouldn’t start so when it came back nothing worse my radio wouldn’t work the lights on my dash or on for the wiring I can’t charge my phone in my car because my later forts don’t work my trunk won’t open a bunch of my stuff just doesn’t work anymore and when I had messaged the person who is in charge of my car he said I

From Chris in Internet Sales to Tony, our salesman, to James Preston, who greeted me by name upon my arrival before being introduced to Dylan in finance, to the detailer who shined up our new ride before we drove off, EVERYONE we came in contact with were extremely courteous and quite professional. The finance manager, the sales manager and even one of the owners made it their business to personally speak to us and see how they could accommodate our needs. I felt very comfortable here and like earning my business really was a priority at Preston Kia. It made the dreaded used car buying scenario

The service department seems to be a pretty decent bunch of people. Work is done thoroughly and in a reasonable amount of time. They notify me when service is due and I feel that they do care about my vehicle as much as I do. The only issue I ever had is that when I made my last appointment, I requested a loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit around for two hours. When I arrived, there was no record of my request. So, I sat around for two hours waiting for my car. Other than that, I am very happy with Preston and the work that they do. I will continue to have my car worked on at Preston
