We have been with State Farm since 1978 ( they cover everything we own) and with Tim Farless's agency for the past 30 or so of those. Without question they are the best you can possibly ask for when your "time of need" comes around. Our most recent interaction was to begin an experience with State Farm Bank through this Agency and again they came through with flying colors to help us. Excellent customer service from the office of Tim Farless Agency, in Holly Springs, North Carolina. After striking a deer with my 7 day old car, they took the time to care and listen while I expressed my concerns. They recommended a local body shop and pointed me toward the Customer Service line. Contacting the customer service line was a terrific experience, as they took the time to explain how the entire process works. By the next morning I received an e-mail from the claims center advising me of my claim number and all of the items I needed to do, as well as a call from Hertz rental car, initiating
