Took my trailer to be looked at for repair. I was quoted a price and I agreed to the price. Once the trailer was done, the price was substantially higher than what was quoted yet no one called me to tell me that additional work was needed or to get my approval for additional work to be performed. I assumed this was a one off situation until another one of my drivers had the same thing happen to his trailer. Both times we paid but we will not be going back.

Had an air leak under the trailer somewhere, on the way to another load...called these folks and they said to come on in...they took me in as soon as I arrived, located the problem in the valve pretty quickly (they checked to make sure the problem wasn't elsewhere and not just showing itself at the valve) and got to work replacing the valve. Did a great thorough job, all new fittings, and when done checked again for leaks just to be sure. Happy with the immediate service and the quality of the work for a fair price!
