No call/no show-completely unprofessional.
We could only get ahold of an operator who had no idea about the business, what it offers, how to answer even the simplest questions, etc.
We were told that the owner would call us back, which he took 4 days to do. This was after calling both locations more than once.
He said someone would come by to check out our issues, but what we got was a NO CALL, NO SHOW with zero explanation, apology or even the decency of a phone call.
Need I say more? I’m glad this company decides to help some customers and totally ignore others.

Jim and his team having been handling our insect control for many many years...maybe 9 years? I've lost track. They show up once a quarter, always professional and friendly and of course, diligent in organically keeping the bugs at bay. We have recommended them to many friend and will continue to do so!
