While our technicians live and work in your area, we have 3 dispatch offices to best serve you. Please select your nearest office to continue scheduling in the area below. For non-warranty calls our service rate is a listed below for each of our areas. This includes the trip and diagnosis. After that you will pay for all parts and labor to repair your appliance.
We charge a minimum trip and diagnosis charge to come to your house and diagnose the problem. Once we do that, we provide you with an estimate for the job based on a national flat rate guide, the standard in our industry. The minimum charge goes toward the total charge we estimate to you.

The time it takes a physician to make a diagnosis and prescribe a remedy would not be possible without his many years of training, his continuing studies to keep abreast of latest medical discoveries, and his expense of maintaining an adequately equipped and staffed place of business.You pay for his knowledge and skill plus a share of his cost of doing business-not for the few minutes he spends with you.
Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital hired Solar Nation to install 240 solar panels covering 3,293 square feet of our roof! This system will supply 70 percent of our electrical energy needs. We are dispatching most all of our service calls paperlessly to laptops our technicians carry in the field. The technicians can then report their finding paperlessly back to our office eliminating the need for any paper!

Not only did they charge me double the quote, but they stripped my screw holding my dishwasherin place and i have left messages for 3 days with no return response. I would not recommend.

As new parents with a 10 month old they royally !@$%ed us. We schedule them to come on the 15th of September for a washing machine that was starting to have problems. 15th of September was a couple weeks out but okay. Then on the day of they called to cancel claiming there was "a system glitch " and they wouldn't have the information needed to help us which was obvious bull because she rescheduled us without asking for any of the information she claimed to have lost! On top of that she rescheduled us for over a month from our original date. On top if that our washer completely died over the weekend

First, I want to say that service tech, Vern, was incredibly skilled, quick and very friendly and helpful! The office is absolutely horrible. It took them two full weeks to get a part in that I was told would take a few days. I had to repeatedly call to get any information from them, they never once contacted me.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
The technician who worked on our appliance did a good job. The issue is getting past the unprofessional, rude and incompetent receptionist/scheduler. She lied about leaving a message for our incoming part and cost us two additional weeks without a washer. I would never use this company again if it means dealing with her.

I just bought a new fridge and Whirlpool has a cosmetic warranty, it had a ding, I wish now I would of left the ding because I now have a broken ice maker that is leaking and freezing in the doors.
It was in good working order before they came out. I have gotten 3 different stories. Not only did it take almost a month to get the door for the ding replacement he took the whole electrical unit out and its now loose, leaking and doesn't work. When he was putting the handles on, he broke it and had to order screws, another 2 weeks out. I called 2 days ago to tell them the issues I was having with

First of all, if I could award zero stars for ABC, I would. I will keep my comments brief but hope that it conveys the message of “buyer beware” to all considering ABC. There was absolutely no communication from their office after the initial technician review of our appliance. Even when circumstances changed that affected the status of our repair issue, we heard nothing. We waited for several days believing we were waiting on the needed part that was ordered. This wasn’t the case at all. We had to call them and discovered that no part had been ordered and no help was offered to steer us
