Horrible business professionalism. The owner goes back on his word. He tells you he will put a hold on an Item and he will turn around and sell it to someone else. I reserved a cargo trailer on the end of business on Friday we exchanged information he told me he will put a soft hold on it till Monday at 12pm. I go in Monday to pick it up and finish the purchase. Next thing you know he acts like he never said that and he sold the trailer already. He must of sold it online over the weekend because he was closed all weekend and I showed up at 915am Monday. Very unprofessional I missed work and bought

They build the best trailer's!! They don't cut corners, they go around them with the vehicle. Very happy. This is my 4th from them!

They are just ok. I have purchased 2 trailers here. Paint on both of the. Did not make it a year. Looks like they used a rattle can to paint. Just flakes off, lug nuts very hard to remove. I has to use graphite on studs once removed.

Terrible customer service. Especially the manager is rude. I needed to get my trailer lights repaired. He basically told me to go elsewhere. Because they were too backed up. I asked if I could set an appointment. He told me no. They don't do appointments because he said I wouldn't keep my appointment.

$650 as is he says.. tires were done. Your not leaving w/ out having a blow out. Tried to make a deal $800 serviced. These guys didn’t even try to work w/ me. Thanks for wasting everyone’s time

I bought a utility trailer from these guys. There was some issue with the paint but they stood behind their product until all was right. I love my trailer and have gotten many compliments on it. I found them easy to deal with and the prices were the best in the area. I would highly recommend going there.

The worst sales and service people in the business! They say one thing and do another. If you are looking for a trailer I urge you to go else where so you do not have to go through what I have in the past 8 months with this company! I hardly believe why they are in business! If I knew what I know now when I bought my trailer, I would have went to another dealer! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this dealer!!!

Purchase the trailer for a very reasonable price. The brakes had an issue also return turning blinker, learned about it they kept my trailer for couple days. they made it better than it was before. Hi5 to everyone at J & B. I absolutely do highly recommend this company.

I sheared off my wheel studs on my car hauler in the vicinity of Albuquerque while traveling from Alabama. I called around to check prices and these guys had the most competitive prices on parts that I needed. I called to see if they could work me in to get me back on the road. They said to come on in and they'd try. I limped my car hauler on over and they took it on in and 3 hours later it was fixed, which gave me time to go shower, eat, and run errands. They even checked everything else out while they had the axles tore down. They replace my hubs with quality Dexter replacements and repacked
