My star rating is no better than all the other individuals who have had a bad life experience with this medical center, now think about that medical center, not health care, hospital just a medical center where you can listen to medical advice and not a place where you can receive health care.
Another thing to look at is the Large amounts of thumbs up in all the negative reviews and only a 1 or 2 thumps up reviews for positive review.

I can't say enough good things about EVERY staff member we encountered upon check in till admission. I brought my mom here Monday and my fiancee today. Everyone was outstanding taking care of both of them. They were attentive to every need and thorough in both their evaluation and care. I'm so grateful as a family member to have peace of mind knowing they are being taken care of while admitted. Thank you Cobre Valley

My 14 week pregnant partner was in a car crash, and the EMT's at the scene suggested that I take her to the ER and we request an ultrasound to check on our new and growing family members. When we got to the front desk at the ER, my partner, whom is understandably emotional, tells them about how she was hit (almost head on, mind you) and says that we really wanted to check on the baby and get an ultrasound to make sure that their fine. The guy at the front proceeds to tell us that "we don't get to show up to the hospital and make demands. We will receive the tests that they think are needed." Shortly

On October 25, 2020, my husband went to Cobra Valley Medical Center in Globe with a broken hip, Dr. Croft suggested doing surgery and put 3 screws into the broken hip, instead of a hip replacement, my husband was sent to Heritage Nursing home for rehab, after 8 weeks, he came home and was still in a lot of pain. On January 19 Dr. Croft suggested removing the 3 screws, which he did as an out patient surgery, he was sent home, the hip never healed, he ended up going to Mesa for a complete hip replacement, during these 3 plus months he has been in constant pain. I will never have enough good things to say about Dr. Michael Bryan, OBGYN. Not only is he a phenomenal physician who actually cares about his patients, but he is an incredible human being who truly cares for people. Wonderful bedside manner, talks to you like a friend. I have never met another like him, and I'm sad he practices so far away now. But that didnt stop me from making the 2 hour drive from the valley to go see him. He saved my life after my first baby, and I will never forget the profound influence he had on me during that time of my life. Cobre is lucky to have him!

All the staff was excellent during my stay here. It was the most pleasant hospital i have been in. I probably had an saw at least 30 nurses as well as a couple Drs an even during the stress of covid 19 all the staff was happy, compassionate, an helpful. It was great all things considered. Plus Dr Bryan is amazing as well as his crew.

While on vacation with my family this past weekend I fell and fractured both of my ankles. Cobre Valley was the closest hospital so my husband transported me there. My left ankle I fractured my joint- my right ankle was dislocated and fractured. The WORST pain I have ever personally experienced. I stayed at Cobre Valley 4 days and received exceptional care during my entire visit. From the emergency room to my room in the inpatient. Every single staff member made me feel safe, secure, and welcome. Every single shift went above and beyond to make sure that every need I had was met. I would not have

Dr . Michael Bryan is the greatest asset this hospital has! Along with his assistant Annette you will find none better. I moved from the area 8 months ago and my husband died 6 weeks ago. Through both of these events what I missed so much was Dr Bryan and his kind and caring help. You are so lucky to have him on your staff.
