On the recommendation of a neighbor, I contracted with Tom Motz Homes to build a room above the garage (to use as an office). Brian was my main point of contact, and the designer. I'm very pleased with the room and the entire process. It went so smoothly, with scheduling and details taken care of so that I could continue focusing on my own work.
I look forward to working with them again on other projects, and I don't plan to shop around. This company seems to have gathered all the best subcontractors, they're friendly and professional, and they take care of the project management well!

We built our home with Motz Homes in 2016, and were extremely happy with the entire process, from design all the way to move-in. Brian, our main contact, was amazingly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout, responding to questions at any time of day. Because we were living out of state during the process, we got regular pictures of the progress of the house.
The quality and attention to detail in the construction was readily apparent from day one, and we never felt that we were being taken advantage of.

My husband, Dan, and I moved into our Tom Motz custom home in May 2018. We have absolutely no regrets that we decided to go with Tom and his wonderful staff as the team to help us through the building of our home. Brian was invaluable in his assistance with design and other decisions.
