Best service around just always seems like they are waitlisting people too long

I had some pretty bad damage but pay too much, and they were able to provide great service for a great price. The car looked so good when I went to get it I didn't even recognize it. They were so thoughtful and really worked hard to deliver great customer service. I was also surprised at how fast they were able to get the repairs done. I will be using them for all of my body repair needs.

This body shop is a Glen Allen institution. My estimate was through and professional and I understood everything they planned to do to fix my Jeep. When I left the vehicle they were kind enough to remind me to take my parking pass. They also made sure I had a ride home.

This shop is fantastic. Their work can take a bit longer than predicted, but the results are just perfect. My car and my husband's truck were both repaired at Roy's, and they both look showroom new. The office staff members are knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. We highly recommend this body shop.

I wish I had taken the time to find this business prior to repairs I had done at other shops. They were very professional, the estimate was to the penny, and they performed other minor work as a courtesy. Every person I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable.

Went to several shops for estimates. They all told me 3 to 4 days of work. My car had a damaged rear door and rear quarter panel. I chose Roy's because they came back with a fair estimate and had good Google ratings. 9 business days later they tell me my car is done and to come pick it up. They also told me they didn't have to blend it so they saved me money. I was happy but after I paid the guy tells me he didn't finish the job. He only fixed my door telling me he didn't know what Shane and I decided. Shane had called me 2 days ago and asked me if I wanted the rear quarter fixed. I told him yes

They did a very good job repairing and repainting my rear bumper. They matched the notoriously hard pearl white dead on my new mazda miata. Very Friendly Staff and fast service as well. Very satisfied and I would highly recommend this shop!

Hands down the best service I've received when dealing with car repairs! They had me back to new in a week and a half when other shops quoted me 4+ weeks! Amazing communication, specifically from Shane who kept me in the loop daily with updates and progress pictures! 10/10 would recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future!
