SAIYANS TAEKWONDO is a family owned and operated studio in the city of Covina. Whatever your goal is, competition, self-defense, or just a fun way to get in shape, there is a class for you. Our studio caters to students of all ages from 4 and up. The lead instructor, Master Rocky Negrete, a 6th degree (Dan) black belt, has been studying and teaching Taekwondo for over 25 years.
Master Rocky has devoted all his efforts to teaching the next generation of champions by teaching all of the classes developing a personal and professional relationship with his students. He practices and teaches the tenets of Taekwondo.

At first I thought this dojo was great. Nice, clean big school. My kids were very happy with attending classes and were students for quite some time. Until they started feeling the favoritism from the Sensai towards the Instructors kids. We later learned that the Sensai holds an intimate relationship with the Instructor Rosie and is also a married man. My husband always felt uncomfortable with the instructor because of her bad attitude. My husband and I were very disappointed and decided to leave. My kids miss it very much but I will not take them to a school that teaches them dishonesty

My daughter has been coming here for several years we drive 20 miles each way to attend classes twice a week it's worth the trip because my little one has learned to be more confident, self motivated and self disciplined. Master Rocky is a great instructor with many years of experience and well loved by all his students. I highly recommend to bring your child you will see self improvement in him/her quickly.
