My ice maker quit working and I called Saul to come look at it. He ordered a new icemaker since the mother board was fried. He just left after installing the new icemaker. It is working like a charm. Saul is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a great job. He actually answers his phone and shows up when he says he will. Highly recommend him.

This man is not a technician, my fridge stop cooling and he came to do an evaluation for $59 said the fridge needed freon left, and came back with it, fill it up and said the fridge will be cold in 24 hours. I paid $160 total. Next day nothing, fridge not cooling, I called him back, it took him 5 days to come back due to family emergencies, busy or family dinner, in the mid time I didn't have a working fridge. When he finally came back put more freon on the fridge says that now it will be fine, well it didn't work, still with non working fridge. Called him again and his answer was:

We called Saul and he came to fix our dishwasher that as leaking charge us over 200 and the next day or was still leaking called him after of week of phone calls he finally answered and said he was on vacation and said he was going to come up to look at it again on Wed never showed up after I waited around all day called him again after that saying where you were suppose to come back to look at it has never returned my calls i am reported him to BAN and calling the appliance place that he works for to tell them he is doing this on the side

Saul replaced the magnetron on my microwave at a cost of $269. The unit stopped working after a few days...called Saul and he said he would contact me after his vacation....never heard from him....I had GE come out at a cost of $90 and they said it was not the magnetron, but the control board that was defective. The cost to repair and replace was $400 so I ended up buying a new microwave. That was three months ago and I still have not heard from Saul. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They tried to contact him several times, but he never responded.
