We started looking for vanity cabinets and countertops for our bathrooms. We looked for them at many places in the Bay Area. The vanities we saw did not match our taste or we came across rude customer service which made us not to visit such places again.
One of our friends suggested ZMC. We had a very pleasant and excellent experience. Sherry and Sunny were not only excellent in explaining the various options we had apart from being very patient to answer all our questions. Both of them did not put any sales pressure.

We got our cabinets about a 9 months ago and it is still under warranty. somehow I found a crack on one of the doors. I emailed to Grace and she was so nice and f/u in a timely manner. I was hoping I can drop it off and get it fixed on weekend which I don't need to take any personal time off. Unfortunately the technician does not work in weekend! Meaning we need to drop it off on a weekday. I asked Grace if I could just drop it off on weekend and pick it up on the following weekend? she has no problem. When we dropped it off, Grace told us that she would have someone to deliver it back

ZMC upgraded our kitchen and bathrooms. The sales team were quite professional and effective. The price was decent. DON’T GO THIS COMPANY. It’s an NONPROFESSIONAL company with REDICULOUS service. I order the tile with 2 weeks waiting and they gave me a difference tile but tell me it’s the same. And not responsible for my loss because I used partial of tile. I request them to pay the labor to help remove the wrong tile and need return the tile whole fee to me as compensation. They push the liability to vendor and was an irresponsible company. So far I didn’t get any compensation. It's been two weeks and they didn’t provide the reasonable compensation.

Came in today for a bathroom cabinet and accessories for a bathroom remodel. So disappointed with the customer service here. Spoke to 4 different employees and I felt like I was being traded of to the next person. They lacked knowledge of the inventory and delivery dates. They Also lacked knowledge on pricing.
Didn't get the customer service I expected so we left not purchasing anything.
It's not cheap to buy here, so at least give me your undivided attention as a customer or I can just go somewhere else and spend my money.

I called to find that there is no requirement for an appointment.
Walking into this place there is signage for face mask requirements.
I leisurely strolled through to see several mock kitchens for one to get inspiration. There was an area where they have some stone slabs on display and an area where they have shower systems and toilets.
I didn't feel like anybody noticed that I was there and cared to ask until I was ready to leave.
I entertained the idea to give them a chance.

I find ZMC cabinetry price competitive. I have visited many other show rooms in the Bay Area. I finally decided to get my kitchen cabinets from ZMC from a service and quality standpoint. My sales consultant is Ivy. She is professional, efficient, and customer oriented. She provided excellent recommendations. I am a very delighted customer.

We purchased kitchen cabinets from ZMC couple of years ago at the recommendation of our contractor. He told us that we could purchase domestic-made cabinets, instead of the Chinese-made ZMC cabinets, but would pay twice as much. I wish I had spent the extra money. The ZMC cabinets are cheaply made Chinese cabinets with cheap sprayed finishes lacking durability. When we were selecting the cabinets, I asked “Grace” if the “cherry” cabinets were actually made from cherry. She confirmed that they were. In reality, these cabinets are made from some type of soft, easily damaged wood, with a spray

I had a great experience with ZMC! Their staff are very knowledgeable and been very helpful thorough out the whole process. They took their time to help us chose the cabinets and change the design few times. They delivered my cabinets on time and did a great job on installation! I’m very happy with the result! And plus, you can’t bit the price anywhere else! I’d recommend this place!

Recently I just purchased a set of Kitchen cabinet from ZMC. I got the newest style Light Grey Shaker cabinet. It is very nice and clean look. I was debating between the off white and light grey. The sales are very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions, help me color matching the countertop and tile backsplash. The price are great, they assemble my kitchen cabinet in a week. I closed the deal happly. I highly recommend this cabinet store to everyone.

Recommended for my buyer who just purchased a house in Elk Grove. We have ZMC to customize the layout designs, and within scheduled time frame, they are able to delivery, install and finish the work. The Granite countertop is VERY nice. Price is very competitive and the after-sales service is excellent. It's a little bit far from Elk Grove but it is worth the drive to get a good deal and the quality of products.
