Very disappointed to walk in this morning for an appointment with my daughter to see that no one in the office was wearing a mask.
I had called and confirmed that masks would still be worn - even though the Texas mandate was no longer in force, before our appointment.
Once I questioned if masks would be worn before I filled out paperwork, they appeared to put them on.
Once we went to the back and we were persuaded to see an oral surgeon to extract two non impacted teeth- it was oblivious that my request was an issue.
Be careful and make sure you ask the right question before seeking treatment.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Martinez. He's very talented, professional and clearly cares about the patient experience. He replaced old fillings that I knew needed to be replaced and was I was incredibly impressed with the experience. He's very thorough, efficient and takes great care. The dental assistant, the hygienist and Judy at the front desk are all amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Martinez to anyone. He's pretty amazing. 10/10

I have never written a Yelp review before (I made an account just to post this) but I honestly had to for this dental office. I came from a dental office who always rushed and was rough with my teeth and made me dread going to the dentist. This office was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Every staff member I interacted with was comforting, gentle, thorough, and experienced. I actually cannot wait to go back in 6 months! They are a prime example of how to run a dental office RIGHT.

I visited Glow Dental for the first time in December 2014. My experience was a pleasant one from the moment I entered the office. The staff was courteous and very professional making me feel very welcomed and at home. I have found a dentist that is thorough and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. Dr. Carlos Martinez, I am proud to say, is my dentist going forth. If you are in need of a dentist visit Glow Dental!
