Someone back into my car in a parking lot and I had the body and collision area of Quality Automotive take care of the repair. They did a fantastic job of matching color and totally fixing the dent. They even buffed out a couple of chips. I would highly recommend their collision repair shop!

After going to several other shops and getting the run around I ended up at Quality Automotive by referral. They were amazing! They were quick, professional, and explained everything clearly to me.
The weekend before I replaced my brakes and rotors, and due to the other issues they were warped already. They worked with AutoZone, which is where I just bought my parts, to use my warranty to replace them.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I will be taking my car back there!

Axles on my semi trailer needed some welding done, the price seemed alright for us being based out of TX, thing is we had the work done on 05/21/19 and the welding came apart on 05/23/19. The least they could do was charge half for the terrible job they had done. I spoke with Sam regarding the issue and he says for us to bring the truck back because "they are not nationwide". I wish he was kidding and had some respect for customers out of state. I can't bring a trailer back from Texas this way and I wouldn't of let them touch my trailer if I had known they treat customers this way, especially with

Quality Automotive in Mishawaka Indiana.
The first time I took my truck for an oil change they left the radiator cap off and my truck overheated.
When confronted they denied any responsibility.
Against my wishes my boyfriend gave them another chance.
This time they majorly overfilled my truck with oil and I couldn't drive home from work due to a knocking sound and leak.
My truck is now at Velldman's to find out the extent of the damage.
I'm sure they will deny responsibility again.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE"S HERE!!! They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY or even competent.
I would give ZERO stars if

Beyond excellent service. High quality automotive repair at fair and honest prices. I've had everything done here from simple oil changes to heavy body work on damaged vehicles. I have yet to be let down. Everything is always explained to me while in advance and no surprises when I get my bill. The front desk staff is very attentive and always seems to be able to get the answer to my questions. Though I'm not from the area when I have a bump and paint issue severe body work this is the only place I choose to take my vehicles. Timely friendly service and honesty I don't know that you can want much

I took my vehicle in there for an oil change. Hitch install and vehicle inspection. The guy told me he looked at everything and that the suspension was fine. Charge me $200 I made it back to Florida and look under there and the whole undercarriage was completely gone. Just spent almost $1,000 on ball joints tie rod ends and more. I would never go near that place again not even to rent a U-Haul. If I didn't live so far away I'd ask him to go have a beer with me

First few times we went here they seemed like the right place and good priced but it has changed big time! Their no different then any other shop, very expensive and they upcharge their parts. They charged me 20$ more for same battery I can get at auto zone and charged me 60$ for installation that takes 10 min at most. Just another rip off neighborhood shop. Definitely avoid!

AWESOME !! Only been there twice, but they are so thorough and terrific work for way less than I expected. You can find really great Groupon Deals for oil changes, but what impressed me most is that they DON'T try to get you to fix a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I actually thought I needed something specific fixed and they found it was a simpler fix and no cost.

I had a Groupon for two oil changes and a tire rotation for this business and it was by far the worst mistake I have ever made for my car. The first oil change went fine and everyone was friendly. The second oil change is when I had my tires rotated and unfortunately for me it took several months to notice the significant damage done to my car. I work on my car regularly as it is an older model so when I went to replace the control arms I found that two of my lug nuts had been replaced with lock nuts from a different vehicle so it was impossible to get them off without sawing them. I called about replacing a cracked tail light and repairing and repainting connected dents on the trunk and side of my car, and I was invited to drive over and get a quote from the mechanic. I waited about ten minutes to see the mechanic, and together we took a look at the car. He took some pictures and we discussed what would need to be done--he generously offered to provide me with separate quotes for the differing quantities of work that I could have done. Communication was clear, straightforward, and I felt assured when he promised to get back to me the following week with the quotes.

This place has to be the worst mechanic in Mishawaka they over charge you for everything I have been here twice for a rack and pinion and I not sure if it's even fixed my car came out worse than before now it's also leaking oh and they forget to put things back on also worse place ever don't take your car here

Your car isn't supposed to come out from their bay more broken than before it went in. They successfully killed my power steering instead of giving my car an oil change, coolant flush and new muffler. They claim the car is unsafe to drive due to a rusted unibody, which may be true, but I always get second opinions before making big decisions like scrapping a car or doing significant (costly) body work. I told them I'd take the car to someplace else for an estimate/opinion, and suddenly the belt was also off and the tensioner broken. This kills the power steering and the alternator
