I have been a loyal customer for years. When I closed a location in 2016 I had to call 3 x to get someone out there to pick up their equipment. I found out that they had been charging me over $100 to rent the equipment since 2016. When I asked them to refund me since they in fact had picked it up they said that their computer records showed it was never picked up. I told them that I was there and witnessed them picking up everything and saw their guy go out the door with them. I'm flesh and blood. Still they wouldn't believe a loyal customer who has paid a monthly rental for many years

This is the worse place in the world to rent Helium for any event or business. They have the rudest sales people and their facility looks crummy. It took them near the end of the business day to call me back, after I left several messages. I called to get an estimate on a Helium rental and was told that if I wasn't serious about purchasing, than why waste their time. I don't know how a place like this stays in business.
