First day of a short vacation, 250 miles from home and my transmission decides to leak out. After making numerous calls to shops that said they were open and even the ones that stated 24 hour service our AAA tow guy recommended I call Graham Tire. The location I first called wasn’t able to help but recommend calling this location for a diagnostic. Dan and the team there went above and beyond! Not only found the issue but called in someone that had a plug to repair my ‘63 Cadillac. All of this on a Saturday morning! Who would ever have thought that a tire store could or would be so helpful,

On cross country trip from No. CA to Sauder Village OH, our air conditioning stopped working on a very hot, muggy day. We have most of our auto work done at the Castro Valley Goodyear so looked up the local shop in NE. Called many shops along the way who were either booked or said they would need the car for at least a half day. I was warmly greeted by Curtis Westbrooks who said to bring the car in. They were ready for us immediately upon arrival and were able to fix the presenting problem as well as top off all the fluids and troubleshoot for us to continue on our way. Took about 1.5 hrs and cost

These guys are great at what they do. Let me tell you a story.
I had an issue with my brakes and they completely rebuilt one side of the system to no avail. Next he said "Well I will fix the other side for free" as it had become a bit of a mystery what the problem was. Once he completed that work, the issue existed. Many mechanics would continue to pour time and money into something like this until they, maybe, found this issue. Not Graham! The manager told me that they had exhausted their avenues and I would be best served to see the dealer. WOW! What refreshing honesty!

So I went in about a year ago when my brakes were making a grinding noise. "Oh, your discs are grooved. The pads are still at 80%. You should be fine, it'll just make noise." Great. So a few days later, I almost rear-end someone because my brakes slip. Time for a second opinion. I take it to a Firestone in town and let them know what's going on. They take a look at it, and it turns out that Graham Tire cross-threaded a lug nut. Really? Firestone breaks that off (which costs me $40, thanks Graham). The brake pads are down to the metal. I'm not really sure how that counts

Came here in the middle of February to get an oil change. Also, since I purchased my tires from Graham's, I can get them rotated for free, so I figured, might as well.
I called ahead of time, double-checking to see if I could get in or needed to schedule an appointment for later in the day. The staff person I talked to was personable. He said since it was early, I should have no problem and they could get my vehicle in right away.
After arriving and checking in, I proceeded to head to the waiting area. The TV was on ridicuously loud and I had a headache. Me being the only patron in
