Dr. Jim Seaton has been practicing Chiropractic in Georgetown county since 2008. Dr. Jim attended David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology in 2004. After graduating he attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2008.
Here at Seaton Chiropractic Clinic, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve racking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. We think of our patients as part of our extended family, and we are excited to meet you!
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.

Went for my first visit since moving here because of constant knee pain, Dr Jim and Kathy are fabulous and I had an excellent appointment. Got up the next day and I have almost no pain since coming to the beach. I will be returning for regular visits in the future. I like having no pain. I have found a great Chiropractor.

Love Seaton Chiropractic! Dr Seaton is intentional in his approach to working with the specifics of your problem. He is kind and caring in his approach. I am always pleased at the end of treatment with my results. Kathy the office manager is pleasant and always makes me feel at home. I believe in the value of chiropractic care and Dr Seaton is one of the best!

When I first went to Dr. Jim I could hardly walk and was in unbelievable pain. I started to feel better after just a couple of visits and while I've got a bit more to go I'm almost back to normal. I've never been a proponent of Chiropractic care but Seaton Chiropractic has made a believer out of me. They also have a amazing office staff.

Dr. Jim is truly amazing. I had been struggling with a compressed nerve in my neck for quite some time. The 14 hour drive from Boston down to SC only made my neck worse. I made an appointment with Seaton Chiropractic as soon as I got in town. Dr. Jim took x-rays and was immediately able to diagnose my neck issues (something the chiropractor in Boston was not able to do in 8+ weeks of treatment). Dr. Jim was patient, explained everything in detail, took his time with the evaluation, and in two visits has me in better shape than I have been in almost 3 months. I am so impressed with his services
