RJS Construction, Inc. is a Woman & Native American Owned 8(a) Small Business, full-service general contractor founded in 1990 by Shannon & Richard Sevigny. Since 1990, RJS has successfully delivered general and design-build construction projects across the Western United States. RJS was the Prime Contractor on this Design-Build 16,750sf, wood frame, slab on grade building for Catholic Family Child Services. State-of-the-art facility included offices, classrooms, medical exam, library, and playground. RJS teamed with Swinerton Builders for the $14M Expansion and Renovation of Clearwater River Resort for the Nez Perce Tribe.
RJS has successfully completed projects in sixteen states throughout the country. Many of these projects have been located in remote areas where standard supplies were hours away while others were in heavily populated urban areas. Our team is experienced in the pre-planning required to meet these types of logistical challenges.

I am not sure about the rest of the business but a driver that was driving through Davenport,WA heading toward Spokane, Wa tailgated me for most of the time from Davenport past Reardan then finally passed me. That is fine with me, until you come back into our lane within 2 car lengths and spray my new truck with centerline gravel. There was also an oncoming car so that is the reason to cut back so soon. I was going 5 over the speed limit when this driver passed me. When your driving a company vehicle, drive respectfully or get a bad post. You are representing your company. This happened on April
