HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Was set to move November 12th 2021. Everything was smooth up until the date. First, the truck broke down (Supposedly). They were waiting for anther one. One which never came. All of a sudden, they stop responding to calls. Long story short, they left me hanging. No Never showed up, Never called back, NOTHING!!. Trust me, there are much better and much more professional movers out there. Don't just go for the cheapest, cause u get what u pay for.

The days/weeks before the move were promising definitely but the day of the move and after, I was unfortunately overcharged and tried to talk to the company regarding this but no one is responding at all. I was originally quoted $500-ish roughly, and ended up paying around $800 for the move. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the move itself was done safely, quick, and professionally but the lack of transparency regarding the pricing change and lack of communication there after is not professional. The movers also asked for a tip which I was fine with but that was before they slammed me

You do NOT want to use this moving company. It will be double the cost your were quoted and your most valuable items will be missing and broken. I would say more than half the items were broken, dented, scratched and just lost. Also, there were water stains on items for some reason. They don't care at all about your furnishings, valuables, art etc. They just want their money and believe me they won't deliver unless you give them your money first. Over charged on the quote, almost doubling the price. Showed up with a smaller truck and team arrived at three different times. All later than the time established to begin. King sized bed was tied to back of truck, exposing the mattress to the elements. Would not unload until paid in full and left the move unfinished. Admitted they overcharged for packing materials and said they would refund via digital payment, but 4 months after the move we are still waiting to be refunded on a 4 mile move

STAY AWAY!!! I was moving out of a Jersey apartment to a house just a town over also in New Jersey. I contacted Ernest moving & Storage, I believe I initially talked to Justin. He sounded decent and nice. We scheduled for someone to come out two weeks prior who quoted $1400 for the move. Three movers came in at 11a, one of them being Andrew M.on moving date. They were one hour late but that was no deal breaker. As they were wrapping the items, Andrew walked up to us and said that the price went up an additional $1300 because it will take them 8 hrs. What??? A total of $2700 for an apartment

The worst moving company. Beware. I have never seen such cheats. One of the three guys who came to my house was literally doing nothing. I had to ask the other two to push this guy to work. They took a hour and a half long lunch break and then a 40 minute coffee break and put those charges on me. For a $585 estimate they asked me to pay $1095. After making that payment, they brought everything to my front yard and asked another $130 to bring the stuff in. I can assure you neither me nor anyone known to me would ever go to this company.

Extremely disorganized, rude and UNRELIABLE company. They didn't show up 2 times for scheduled pick up for interstate moving. t They promised to deliver within 12 business days, until today nothing has been delivered and it's Day 20th. Everytime I call and ask them for the update on the delivery date - they ignoring me… and don't respond on my questions (very rude).
In the last 2 weeks I kept asking if truck with my load is on it's way to Florida and they would confirmed that it is (IGOR) and then 4-5 days later they lying by telling me that Truck broke down and

They tried to extort us, demanding $2000 more or they wouldn’t bring our belongings. They broke several items, put several holes in our walls and didn’t complete the move. *Response to owner: here's the job number. And, you know my name because I posted this identical review using my name (original review and name pictured) but it somehow disappeared. No one would share their phone number here. You have my number. This is my business account. You can try having this one removed too but it will be documented.

Do not do not use these fake movers! They are not insured and their address is fake. They will quote you really low which will make it seem appealing. Their phone number doesn't work and are not a legitimate company. The guy Steve who claims to be the director is the biggest clown who thinks he can outsmart people. Beware people and don't get fooled!

First of the price was almost triple what they told me wouldn't take items off of truck unless I payed took two days to move when they said one, brought to small of a truck, salesman or foreman would not respond whatsoever for 3 days(that's how long the move took) they broke a antique dinning room table, deeply scraped a beautiful china cabinet destroyed a outside stainless steel grill...the company is a complete nightmare and is not even accountable or responsive to you after they get the sale over the phone....BUYER BEWARE

Moved from NYC to Austin.
A few things:
I have no idea how my cubic feet went so over when almost everything was boxed and you can calculate it. My estimate was more than twice the original. Whatever, it's crazy times right now, I was just glad the guys who came to NYC were on time and did a decent job. I gave them a really nice tip to thank them.
However, the guys who came to unload in Austin were an absolute joke. I have photos and tried to contact the company about this and they have ignored me. I gave them over a week to respond to my email.

Because of the quarantine, I was helping a friend oversee the moving of all his things into a storage unit nearby. Everything was pretty smooth, the packing, the moving, they two movers had friendly personalities. But when it came down to money, it turned for the worse:
1. On the invoice they double charged on packing materials, I had to get the broker's manager to talk to their manager to get it sorted out.
2. Tips: one mover was very vocal about what he was expecting. One mover asked me what percentage I paid for at restaurants, and when I gave my answer, that's what he was expecting
